OPA! of Greece Manning Town Centre — Restaurant in Edmonton

This is the last time. I said that the last time I went in and stood there without even an acknowledgment by staff for 20 minutes didn't take my order. I walked out. Went in there tonight and there were 3 people working at a snails pace. It's like they don't know how to multi task and prepare only 1 order at a time. I asked for 2 pita meals thinking they'd both be chicken but I got some weird chewing brown meat that I wasn't even sure what it was. I picked it out of my sandwich and fed it to my dog. Gross. A guy that was in there complained his meal was taking too long and he was waiting 20 minutes already. Another lady got her order finally and told me in passing that I should sit at the front so they don't forget I was there. I waited 30 minutes. It's like the employees don't care and have to think about how to make a sandwich/plate that they already had made probably 50 that day. They need new employees that can understand orders too. I have no idea what I just ate but it sure wasn't chicken!

Also, the employees need proper food handling training. The younger lady dropped something on the floor, picked it up and continued to touch food with her dirty gloves. Didn't even change them. She was putting food into the take out trays, touching everything. Makes me wonder what other dirty things they're doing as they...

We waited over 40 minutes for our food, when we walked in and The seating area was full of people and skip drivers waiting. That should’ve been a give away of how long it would take. Not only did it take at least five minutes before they acknowledge us to take our order, but he messed up multiple times while typing it in, and we had to keep correcting him. After eventually getting our order typed in right, we waited for over 40 minutes for us to get our food for the orders to be wrong. they were prioritizing the skip drivers over the guest in front of them. We watched people walk out after waiting in line for a while. I wish we did as well. After we got our wrong order we went back in to ask for our money back because we didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes for our correct one. They kept fighting us in it and we ask 4 times for a refund before we caved and they remade it. Only for our wraps to be empty with 2 prices of lettuce and grisly beef. There are also no napkins Available restrooms were disgusting. Our order was $47 (2 meals) you’re better off to go to a restaurant you won’t be waiting as long and the cost would probably be the same but have a way...

this was the worst Opa I have ever had old dry defiantly not recommended at this location north and east even west all great horrible and yes it was take out witch is the way I go some times but the skip driver was fast and professional not like this store yikes 35 and right in the trash good thing for the strong economy lol

so the cooperate side sent an email saying that some one else would contact me witch is something but it was an individual restaurant I have even been bye the few stores and i have to say they where good and consistent no one called back but at least the other stores have no issues super clean fresh even prompt and efficient speed of service should not be an issue with your process just stop pre cooking horrible idea and will cost more in the long run anyway hope this gets through to some how get that store to change cause for later delivery times its the only one in short as a company they are have a good process but there always one that deviates any way if they do follow up like they had mentioned great but all the other locations get 5 star cause they...
