Franco's Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Edmonton

I don't know what this is, but it's not Chicken Parmigiana. One of the most awful versions I've tasted and I have been to a few different places serving this dish. Spaghetti noodles are overcooked, the cheese is literal rubber goop, it all comes off in a clump. It smells so heavily of plastic, especially the noodles, which is wild to me. I dont know if you guys cook your noodles in a plastic pot but consider changing your kitchenware so you aren't serving a plastic melted in a dish to customers. The sauce might be expired, I can't put my finger on the smell the sauce emits, but if it is the sauce, please for the love of God go with a different brand.

Chicken isn't horrible, that's basically the only winning part of this dish. But the whole thing is basically inedible. To add, perhaps putting the ham on the parmigiana was just out of kindness or changing things up, but it definitely felt out of place to be there.

I'm sorry to give 1 star, but that cheese needs to be upgraded to a better quality, and there should be no reason any part of this dish should smell anything even SIMILAR to...

Wow, so I was there last night and the server Michelle along with the cook served me a raw chicken hickory burger. When I said to her at the end discreetly, because I didn't want to embarrass anyone, "So what are we going to do about this, since I've never been served a raw burger before?" Her response was, "Well it comes out of my pay if you dont pay it." Sooo, therefore I was made to feel guilty for having a raw burger served to me!!!?? I mean, my salad or even the yam fries could have been taken off my bill, right? Whatever happened to customer appreciation?? My friend Jon eats there all the time, she even knew him by name, and so thought I'd join too, since he goes there all the time! But hey, IM NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN THERE EVER AGAIN. I paid my bill IN FULL and left. Terrible guys, absolutely terrible!! I'd like the owner to call me and apologize (you can get my # from Jon). So our 1st time at this location, we just moved into McConachie and it seemed a good choice Waitress was great and restaurant seems very tidy, only a couple tables seated as it was 10 on a Tuesday night

I ordered baked chicken alfredo, and it was really good, loved it However mt fiancé ordered the baked lasagna and it was 🐕💩

The noodles were soggy and the taste, hard to describe but it was like a cardamom or similar strange taste Really awful She tried to eat it but, 3 -4 bites in and she just couldn't do it I tried it and yup, absolute awful taste

We informed the waitress and her response was "sorry but the boss is gone and I have to charge you" ($21.95) I expressed to her that the food we ordered from this restaurant is inedible
