the service from the "manager" was unacceptable she never once took responsibility all she did was argue and make excuses that the restaurant is busy I'm sorry but I am an assistant general manager at Boston Pizza and I deal with delivery complaints every day six nights a week and I would literally get fired if I ever talk to someone the way that she spoke to me very very unprofessional when I called in about my order things missing paid extra for salad didn't receive it and when I called to get my missing items it took two and a half hours with two calls in the time frame asking where my order was.. for it to get here not only that but when I did receive my order two and a half hours later it still was not correct got the opposite of what i ordered and she would do nothing for me she was rude I spent $87 for maybe $30 worth of good food that's embarrassing I don't know if you think this is a joke but it's called customer service and if you cannot make a customer happy you are in the wrong industry I never leave bad reviews but this needs to be out there. Guess I shouldnt expect you guys to do your job and take care of costumers its a fast food joint. Usually order from beverly but we enjoy it from this location better i will never be ordering...
Read moreMost of the time they do okay. But on a handful of occasions I have had horrible experiences, I haven't eaten there in months because they take no accountability for their actions. No one ever contacted me when I complained online and by phone, they just don't care. E.g. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. It took over an hour and 45 minutes for my food to arrive. When I called to inquire 4 times I was always hung up on. I tried to call to cancel order and could not because they kept hanging up. When the food arrives I am still charged fulll price (normally I pay and tip but this was absolutely ridiculous). I told him how late he was and he just had lame excuses. I pay and go in and am mad. I heard knock on the door. There was an issue with the machine and I spent 10 minutes paying for my food. Horrible service. I'm done with KFC. Absolutely awful customer service. Asked for plates and cutlery and had none in stock. Asked for Ketchup and hot sauce and the cashier handed me only 5 packets of ketchup and had no hot sauce either..
15 peice bucket meal and get only 5 packs of ketchup.. we have some ketchup shortages or something?
When handed the fries it almost came in a bucket like the chicken but smaller and with no lid...
Asked cashier if they had a lid for the fries as they usually come in a rectangular box with a flap down cover.
She had no idea what i was referring to and said we have no lids for that..
This kfc really needs to step up their game and at least have essentials in stock. How to people eat in with a bucket meal with no plates available?
Only reason they got 2 stars is because they had my order ready in less then 5 mins. I really hope the food was not sitting there all day to get it out this fast. Even still this will be my first and probably last time going to...
