Subway — Restaurant in Edmonton

Walked in and neither of the employees greeted me at all. The employee that came to make my sandwich grabbed the parchment paper with her bare hands , then grabbed gloves afterwards. I asked for whole wheat , she grabbed white. I then corrected her mistake and she rolled her eyes at me , no apology or anything. In all honesty she didn’t speak to me the entire time I was there. It was rather weird. While making the sandwich she noticed the lettuce was getting low so she dumped a fresh bag onto the old half brown lettuce underneath. Pretty sure there’s some sort of rule against that for health and safety reasons. She made the sandwich and I asked for a little bit of house sauce and smothered my sandwich. I was in a hurry so I brushed it off. After eating my sandwich 10 min later my stomach became rather upset. I ended up only eating half. I ate the other half the next day and again my stomach became really upset. I’ve been eating the same sandwich for 15 years and it’s never upset my stomach before. I will not be going back to this location. Pretty sure I got slight food poisoning. Been ill...

I would rate this a negative -5 due to the bad services but sadly I cant I've never had such a bad experience on a first immersion of someone who has managerial skills and who's put in charge typically for there exceptional work ethic and customer skills absolutely ridiculous the services I received from cathy or kathy how ever u spell her name no customer skills in getting or showing any type of interest in the customer concern which I know alot about since I've been a supervisor for the past 4 years it was almost as if she was forced to help me lol I rather go mcdanolds across the street now I recommend cooperation or who ever put her in charge give her a reflection on what customer satisfaction is and that a customer is priority beacuse it wasnt shown here three her face expression or work ethic I really hope this will change other wise everyone reviewing is wasting there time thank you I diff will not go there ever again....I love how management dosnt even bother to respond to this really shows how much they...

So I just biked here on Friday August 24th and it is 7:25am and they are closed. Sign says open at 7am and so does maps. There is no note saying they were opening late. I'm sure somebody slept in or something but I'm giving 2 stars because I have been here many times and the service isnt always the best and the food is never very fresh. Subway is not what it once was, that's for sure. Update. I made the mistake of coming back to this location twice again. Lastnight I came here and the 2 girls working were arguing and taking forever to because they were busy arguing. Then today I come here again and the girl work gives me orange cheese when I said white and regular mustard when I said honey mustard. I was the only person here and spoke loud and clear. I know these people dont get paid much for what they do but jesus people have just a little professionalism with...
