Worst experience of my life! Young man working in grill today and names starts with an S was a nightmare! I had ordered small fries, they were cold and tasted disgusting (maybe the oil), asked for new fries, the lady at the front said she would get me some new ones, and came back with the original ones and said that they were freshly made and they couldn’t make new fries for me, I said I wasn’t trying to be rude but the fries were gross and asked for a refund then, she went back to the guy and he came back this time with the fries again and he personally said he would not make the new fries as these ones were fine, he ate one of the fries from my food and said it tasted fine and that they were only made a few minutes ago. He went on telling me to eat the fries that he just ate from. I told him no and that I wanted fresh fries or a refund. He said I couldn’t do a refund because they have been eaten, although there was only two pieces taken from it. At this point, I was OUTRAGEOUS, never have I ever had an experience like this. I stood up and threw the fries at him and left the restaurant in shock of what I had just done and what had just happened. So disappointed in this fast food restaurant. Ones of my favourite places for my sweet treat have now been ruined by this! Don’t recommend going here what so ever. Don’t waste your time...
Read moreSo my friend and I decide to go into Dairy Queen to have a couple Peanut Buster Parfais. So he pays his with cash. I pay mine with debit. Suddenly a 25 cent debit service charge appears on the screen. I asked the cashier what this was about and she says the owner puts a 25 cent debit fee on all debit transactions under $20.. I respond by saying that the owner must be incredibly CHEAP and the cashier and other staff member both nod their heads and say "Yes very cheap!" For the debit transaction to go through, I had to agree to the 25 cent fee. What a scam! How much money does the owner make in even one day by this clever smoke and mirrors parler trick. I as a customer should not be responsible for the owners debit costs. So yes, I agree with the staff on their view of their employer. Dairy Queen are privately owned francises which explains why other Dairy Queens I have been to have never charged this transaction fee. The staff at this location were nice, so I feel sorry for them working for a boss in their own words who is a cheapskate. So I would not recommend this location. I hope the staff moves on and finds better jobs. I can only imagine how little they are paid per hour. UpdateI went in there recently and they removed the debit fee charge. I wonder if it was due to my phone call to...

During my visit, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I placed an order for 2 Skor, 2 Smarties, 1 Cookie Dough, and 1 Extreme Brownie Blizzard. However, I received 3 Skor Blizzards and no Cookie Dough.
When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member who took my order responded rudely, raised his voice, and insisted that it was my fault. Another employee even asked him why the mistake happened, but still sided with him, claiming I had ordered incorrectly—despite the contradiction.
None of the Blizzards were flipped as advertised, and the overall quality and taste were poor. The behavior of the two male staff members was unacceptable and made the experience even worse. On a positive note, two female employees were kind and respectful.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and I hope management addresses these...
