I don't get why this Subway only have 2 stars I never have a bad experience at this subway and the young blonde lady working there with the headwrap was pretty nice she should smile a bit more but I guess she just hyper-focused on her job also the middle aged lady that work there she friendly too!
My meatball sub slap everytime with Garlic Aioli Sauce and Pesto Sauce with Lettuce Tomato and Onion sometime I add bacon and capicola if I wanna be fancy hehe even mozzarella and habanero pepperjack :)
It a typical subway in the mall I have nothing to complain about other then staff having difficulty hearing me but I have a fairly quiet voice and I'm introverted so it probably why.

The Brisket is sliced so thin that I bet if you held a piece up to the sun you'll be able to see through it. The sandwich is all bun with a tiny amount of Brisket, so basically you're just eating bread. I was disgusted by this and decide to eat only half, taking the other half home. Later I though okay I will give it another try, but it only got worse as I rewrapped it nice but upon reopening it I found the bud had turned out to be rock hard and dry. Read moreOrdered through the mobile app, had my receipt, and app open to show my order, even told them what I ordered, and they asked for my ID card, I wasn’t aware I was picking up government documents from subway. I understand trying to make sure the right person gets the right order, but when the person has the receipt, name, and what they ordered correctly, there’s absolutely zero reason to ask for a photo ID. Anyways, funny enough, the employee refunded me for my sub , so obviously acknowledging it’s my order, but did not want to give the sandwich, so nice one, instead of just giving the sandwich and having a happy customer, you refunded them the money, and threw away the sandwich.
