I honestly couldn't comment on how the food is as everytime I try to buy chicken at this location they always turn me down. I eat white meat and so that's what I ask. But this lady always say no. She always say, we do not have it, when I'm practically the only one in line & the mall pretty much just opened. I mean I understand some parts may not be ready at certain times but is it really that hard to make it and inform me it might take longer than usual? I know it's extra & I am willing to pay for it. I mean, every other chicken place (including most KFC locations) are willing to make the sale and just communicate the longer wait & extra cost. That is what good customer service is all about. But I guess they forgot to train her on how to provide good customer service or she just doesn't care much about sales as long as she gets a pay cheque. She is the laziest worker I have ever encountered & she's not even the one preparing the food. And let's face it, KFC is no longer the no.1 chicken place in the market. I personally, would go for Popey's or Mary Brown first but they are the ones in that food court so why not right? Read moreIf I could give NO STARS I would , but This woman was soooo rude to my kids and insulted my intelligence when I was trying to tell her that she had wrong change and when she realized I was right she threw F bombs and started being sarcastic and rude to me infront of my kids then my kid was trying to walk away because she was scaring my kid and she accidentally spilt her drink , this grown woman worker got mad at my daughter and tried to make her go fetch a janitor to clean her mess up , by the way my daughter is 8years old smh my daughter was crying in tears I had to tell her to sit down it’s not her fault and dry her tears and try eat so we can leave. All she did was stare at us and point at us as me and my 4kids ate our food I purchased from kfc . Read moreMy son got the wrong order and so he wanted to cancel it, when we asked the cashier she refused at first, rolled her eyes at my 10 year old son and showed her annoyance very clearly, after we cancelled the order my son ordered something else but I’m guessing and hoping she didn’t hear him because we didn’t receive that order. My son thought one of the orders was for him so he thought he could grab it but he realised it wasn’t his order so he apologised and I think he made his apology very clear. Right before he was leaving she started mocking and laughing at him.
