Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

So here we are trying out this Little Caesars location again. Our other visit that we had was not the greatest and wanted to give them another chance. Our last visit the service was not the greatest and our order was not prepared like most of the Little Caesars that we have visited before. It was a simple order as we always order crazy bread and sometimes we get the cheese stuffed or the Italian crazy bread. This time we had to break up the order as they only had one package of crazy bread which is no big deal as it happens and they did offer to make fresh for us but we didn't have the time so, we bought the Italian to go with it and a few creamy garlic sauces to dip with. $14 later and we bring them home only to notice there was no consistency in the crazy bread as it was the same as before but the Italian crazy bread were okay and tasted pretty good. Compared to other stores of this franchise this location can't seem to get the breads consistent in size and length as well as the parmesan cheese seasoning, they were buttered but you could not taste the Parmesan cheese. While I understand it is not a high priced item but an average consistency should be upheld in each product that is made so that there is no disappointments in products purchased at these different locations. While the product wasn't bad it is not the same quality as I have been experiencing and the friendliness of service was lacking compared with other locations so unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location in Castle Downs as our visit was not enjoyable. We had a negative experience with their phone lines, and the phones were not being answered. However, since this incident occurred, a representative of Little Ceasars has reached out and assured me that they have not only identified the issue, but also taken steps to ensure that it will be a non issue moving forward. With that in mind, I can confidently change my 2 stars in customer service up to a 4 star for their efforts to not only resolve the problem, but to reach out and let me know about the issue and the resolution.

The representative that reached out to me also repayed our inconvenience by offering us a replacement of our order (2 medium pepperoni classic pizzas) for free, as well as a free Pretzel pizza. My wife absolutely loved the pretzel pizza. It is only there until May 14th, 2023, but I absolutely recommend getting it if you enjoy pretzels at all. The cheese sauce and cheese variations on top, mixed with the pepperoni, and dipped in the jalapeno cheese sauce is a great combination. On top of it, it has large crystal salt chunks, just like an actual pretzel. All in all, I would rate this experience much higher than where we were at.

I would absolutely recommend this location and pizza to people further. The price point of the classic pepperoni pizza is regrettably higher than preferred at 7.49, as opposed to its previous price of 5.99. So I always wondered how Little Caesars pizza tasted. For years I literally have drove past a Little Caesars Pizza shop and thinking how would those hot and ready pizzas taste. I live in the Castledowns neighbourhood and have since 2010, and just last year I decided to stop in. Without a word of a lie, my life has changed!! OMG everything I try I love!! But not only that, I have a special person that puts her life into my lunch’s and dinners! Huge SHOUT OUT to Mary Jane!!! OMG this location has the best ever employee. I thought Mary owned it. Every time I go to the Castledowns Location, I see Mary Jane. When I don’t I’m upset a little, but still get my amazing thin crust pizza, my fav cinnamon bites, and the unstoppable KD bites! It’s not the same, but what can I do lol? Thank you Mary Jane. I am so grateful that there is STILL amazing service from individuals, that clearly put their life into their work!! I think I went to the Castledowns location about 8 months ago for that first time. I believe MJ had just started. Great timing for me to go for the first time!
