Our experience last night do not even deserve 1 star rating. Erin, the server bartender use to be such a nice lady until yesterday when we saw her real character. Not to be judgemental but we brought in a lot of friends coming from different part of the province everytime they visit us. Waiting for food for almost an hour without letting us know why is totally not acceptable.

I came up to her to the bar and was given an attitude that they have a big group that came in and still not served yet. Not our fault. That reasoning is awful. She came to our table but never informed us about the wait time. Being rude and telling me you have no time gor us just makes you a terrible server. Add to the fact that you overcharge me for the food we never receive since we decided to leave as you have not started making our food and was advise 10 more minutes after an hour waiting.

Called the store look for the owner and spoke to another rude person who claims to be the manager then passed on to Teresa who finally was a better person to handle all of this.

We will never return nor recommend and stop bringing business to you.

Just a blessing in disguise that we found another bar and restaurant 2mins away from you (Chicago Joe's) is a lot better in service, food and price. They never force customer to order drinks and pop is refillable. Your...

I agree with Taco posting. I visited C&A a month or so ago...and experienced very much the same. Except the two servers on duty...quickly scolded me when I asked why they weren't wearing a mask when they served me drinks...saying: We only have to wear them when we serve food! That is not true! Health regulations...masks to be worn by all staff when serving. Patrons, looked like regulars, most were not wearing masks when getting up from their tables...I.e. to smoke, play VLT etc. The games area filled up...with patrons...to play pool and darts...most had No mask....C&A please improve your Covid standards...C&A is a great local night club...locally owned...love it there, food is good, servers are generally great ....but I am really disappointed how they are not meeting the same Covid standards as chain restaurants like Original Joe's on 127st. RESPONSE TO C&A...if your staff are wearing masks 100% of the time now...there were not when I was in. The server at the bar said they only to wear the mask when they served food. Your patrons are mixed up ...due to loosely...

Great selection of Gluten free options, including the Wings, and they take catering to Allergies VERY seriously. Very good service, friendly, attentive and helpful.

The wings were excellent. 49 cents a wing with any beverage, about 10 wings to a pound, cooked perfect and properly sauced. My wife had the Salt and Lemon Pepper wings, she said they were the best wings she has had in a very long time. I had the regular hot. The hot wings were lightly sauced but with some extra sauce in the basket so you can add more. The onion rings were a large basket for 6 buckets and the half order of Cactus chips for 5 bucks were great too. There was more food than we could eat, and with two beer the whole bill came to $43.

The game was on last night so no live music but they have a band fairly regular, pool tables and darts along with a few slot machines. Going to keep checking out places but so far I really like the food at Crown and Anchor and it had a...
