McDonald's — Restaurant in Edmonton

Spent 32 dollars for an order. Went through the drive through and order needed to be corrected 3 times at the first drive through window and then onto the second one.

They then told me to wait at the reserved spot as it was a bigger order to which I understood. I understand it was a bigger order.

I had to wait 25 mins for my food. Then a staff member had to approach me if I received my food. To which it wasn’t received to me still. They said they gave it to another customer to which their order is now incorrect.

They stated they would take another 10 mins to get my food in order. When receiving the food they still got my order wrong. Missed two hash downs. At this point I just left the area as I waited for over 35 mins to receive food.

I understand you have busy things to do. However, accuracy and ensuring your customers are satisfied should be your first priority. Would never recommend this location as I’m from the area and have came here several times. This is not the first incident that this has happened with my order being wrong.

Would suggest going to the location by Windermere or another fast food location as you may have to wait and they don’t want to ensure accuracy of what your purchasing as a customer. And they didn’t give me any reduction for this. Still had to pay the 32 dollars for this.

Used to be the best service got your order right and the staff cared. Double checked my iced t was no ice and was assured it was however it was 3/4 ice and so watered down I couldn't taste the iced t, one of the bags broke as the delivery was being passed to me and all my food fell on the floor and he doesn't go get me another bag or double check that everything is OK to eat but while I sm trying to get everything he runs back into the store. Then I get home and my order is wrong they couldn't even read the receipt properly to ensure I had the right flavors of milkshakes just gave me all vanilla. It seems all McDonald's in our area have gone to crap and they no longer care about customer service at all. Only about making money but I can only take so much of having my orders wrong and missed and being lied to that I will no longer go here or to any at all. Very disappointed when you can no longer be understood to order extremely expensive and overpriced food pay for bags that don't even hold up because they are so overstuffed to be passed from the person into your car and then them not even to care to get you another or even to make sure they have your order all there or right. Doesn't pay to eat out even for fast food anymore. They rather get incentives for who they hire rather than those who...

I usually have the best experiences ever at this McDonald’s, regardless of the time of day, but the last couple times I went it has been horrible. Tonight I ordered some food, my McCrispy sandwich was slammed together and the messiest McDonald’s sandwich I have ever seen+ unreasonably dried out, lettuce was rotten and clearly had been put together with some level of disdain, I just can’t imagine any other reason for it being so sloppy and sauce being on every part of it. Never had that experience with this location which is why I still come here, I don’t go to any other McDonald’s locations for that exact reason. The young lady working was overall pretty unpleasant which I have never experienced before here either, usually I have nice chats and smiles with the employees here. This was a big disappointment for me. Not sure if she was having an off day, if she was new, or if she was just in a bad mood, but the quality of food, and service was not what I expected from this location.
