Update: It's now May and still no response from my email or my review. They obviously could care less about how they treat their customers. Have not and will not be back.
Attached below is an email I sent directly to the owner of this location a week ago, with no response. I thought instead of lambasting them on Google, I'd send an email directly, however it seems the owner cares as much about customer service as his staff does. It makes sense that this would trickle down from above. Heres my email, sorry its long:
My name is Joel and I found your email while I was reading through Google reviews about the windermere currents mucho burrito store. I went online to read some other reviews about the place to see if other customers have been having the same experience i have had.
I live in the area and I've been to this location approximately 7 or 8 times now. My most recent visit being tonight, Nov.4 around 9:15 pm. I've only ever come across 2 staff members, one is a fellow about 25 or 30 years old i'd say and he is always incredibly pleasant. The other employee is a woman about the same age, and I have to be honest, she's awful to deal with and I cringe every time I walk in and see her behind the counter. From the google reviews I read online, it sounds like many other customers have had an experience with this lady as well.
She is incredibly rude and has this aura about her that she just does not want to be there. It makes me, as a customer, feel like I'm a huge inconvenience to her. She gives one word answers ro everything and has no customer service ability whatsoever. Maybe she would make a good accountant or something but she definitely needs to get out of the food service industry.
My interaction with her tonight was the same as it has been in the past. I walked in and was not acknowledged. I said hello and asked how she was doing... no answer. She then built my bowl angrily and got more angry when I asked for a little more of anything. I could go on and on but I'm sure this can't be the first you have heard about this employee so I will spare you the rest of the story as I'm sure you get it by now.
I honestly don't want to walk in to your location anymore. I love mucho and its my go to fast food, but I avoid this location as much as possible because your staff is unpleasant to deal with. After reading the other Google reviews I can see that you are losing business from other customers because of this same issue. I truly hope you take my email to heart and reevaluate your staff.
I considered leaving a scathing Google review also but thought that a private conversation may be more productive for you business.

Read moreThis location puts less toppings and sets more limits than any other mucho burrito I’ve ever been to. I use to go 2 times a week but since I moved to Windermere I am never going to mucho burrito again. That’s how terrible this location is. You guys should be embarrassed.
(Edit, emailed the guy since he responded saying “he would like more info” He must of thought I want a free burrito or something, they are so cheap he just deleted his response on here and no response back on email. If he responded I would have told him this: From 2012 to 2019 from the summerside location to the Calgary trail one I use to go 2 even 3 times a week. They were always smiling, and the quality and quantity was always satisfactory. I would grab 2 muchos, 1 for me after a run and 1 for my parents to share as they liked it as well. I get there and ask for two burrito bowls to go, and the boy at the counter says....”sorry you can’t have the steak, we only have shredded pork or shredded beef right now” both of which sit in a grease sauce all day long....GROSS! So I asked, “what about the chicken?” He says “No, it’s not worth it for us to make those at this time of night”. I was thinking is there really going to only be customers who want grease slop when there is 1 hour and twenty minutes left of their work day??? Tonight same thing. I will never spend another dime with them and will starve instead when I have no time to cook, as I had to twice because of them. What a joke.
