Ordered on skip the dishes and they called to tell my wife they were out of the chicken we ordered and they suggested shrimp and implied there wasn't anything else. After this shrimp burrito showed up and I found out what happened I decided to call back myself. They must have been really busy because it was about the 30th attempt when they picked up. Through a very convoluted conversation between myself and 2 different staff members we established that they have had an extremely busy night via skip the dishes and I was coming down for a refund because apparently at 7 pm it is too close to closing time to make more meat. They close at 9 pm... So 2 hours isn't enough time to justify making more product. I will clarify that they still had product, the store wasn't out, they just weren't making it. It was also about 30 minutes from the time my wife spoke to them from when I did. So on a busy night let's not make more product because... We're not going to go though it in 2 hours when it's so busy? So I drive down there, takes me roughly 10 minutes and I'm standing at the till to get my $. Buddy turns to me and asks if I want them to remake my food because now they have meat. They have two containers, beef and pork.
Honestly just a terrible experience. Terrible service and for seemingly no reason. That place is f*ing clown shoes and those 2 jokers really brought that place down a notch for me. After all said and done, the burrito I finally got was pretty good but I won't be a...
Read moreI was with my friend when we visited this location, and honestly, the experience was shockingly poor. We came in expecting the same great service we’ve had at other locations, but this one completely missed the mark.
From the moment we walked in, the staff member was not at the counter. I literally had to yell 4-5 times and then he came out from the back and at the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t smile—just stared at us like we were bothering him. We tried to use a coupon we had received by email, but apparently, the scanner was “not working.” No apology, no workaround—just “can’t use it.” Seemed more like an excuse than a real issue.
Then came the food. We ordered a quesadilla, and instead of asking what we wanted in it, the guy just made whatever he felt like. When my friend asked to customize it, he straight-up said, “I won’t go back inside.” What kind of attitude is that?
To top it off, he tried to charge us for a meat quesadilla even though we clearly asked for a veggie one. No double-checking, no care. Either this staff member was having a really bad day, or he just doesn’t care at all. Either way, it shows. I visit this location quite often and usually it’s another dude who works and his attitude is awesome and the way he greets and makes the food is great!
I’ve always liked this brand, but this visit felt like a complete letdown. I hope management sees this and takes some serious action, because this location is dragging down...
Read moreI visited this place yesterday. My friend and I were hungry, and instead of choosing another burrito brand, he decided to come here for the experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We walked in, and the guy at the counter didn’t smile or even greet us. Okay, that’s fine we let it go. We showed him some coupons we received via email, and he said, “Our scanner isn’t working,” or “It won’t scan your coupon.” I just want to ask the owner is that true?
Anyway, we moved on and ordered a quesadilla. He didn’t ask what we wanted in it—he just added everything himself. When I asked to customize it, he said, “I won’t go back inside.” That’s not the kind of service I’ve experienced at your other locations. Here’s the best part: he tried to charge us for a meat quesadilla instead of a veggie one. Seriously? Honestly, I think that staff member might just need a break. Look, we love your brand I’m also a manager at a big QSR, so we came in with certain...
