The service was great. The waitresses were kind and quick to give me my drinks and bill when I asked for it. And the restaurant is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can actually say about the place. My experience with the food was awful. It wins the prize for the worst Chinese food I’ve tasted. The quality is much less than what you’d expect from a Chinese restaurant at the food court. We came to the restaurant hungry, yet even hunger couldn’t make many of the dishes taste good. I spent 5-10 minutes in the restaurant before I decided to eat somewhere else. The wonton dumplings were bland. The ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, and orange chicken were between warm and room temperature. The meat in these dishes were scarce and dry. It was mainly breading that I got to consume from these dishes. And it was all soggy. The deep fried shrimp was doughy and I felt that the dough on the inside wasn’t completely cooked. The Shanghai noodles were tasteless. The BBQ pork was okay. The spicy pork was extremely greasy. And the lemon and berry tarts I had for desert were okay. It tastes like just any other tarts you’d buy from a store. The bottom line: I couldn’t finish my plate. I tried giving many of the staple options a try and was left disappointed. Save your money. There are better places to spend $30 per person on.

I would like to be kind and say the food wasn’t that bad, but without a doubt it’s mediocre. Lacking in variety and taste, the food fails to make the customer wanting more, or consider eating here once more. Not to mention, the expensiveness of every individual, a bit more than $20. Sadly, the food isn’t the only concern. Uninterested, the staff rarely interact with the customers. Some appear as if they’re bored, and/or ready to leave the establishment. I’ve only seen them smile once the bill is ready to be paid, which isn’t quite a happy though either. Being the only people at a table for every 4, speaks on its own about its quality as a buffet. Because of this, it’s a shame that the kind of atmosphere you’d think this restaurant would have is unfortunately, quite the opposite. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’m sorry to say it’s simply not worth a visit.

What a pleasant surprise! This is my first time at Beijing House. Once you walk in there is a cheerful display with Chinese New Year decorations with beautiful Chinese vases and decorations. Nicely decorated throughout the restaurant. The food for the buffet is tasty and fresh. They are always checking to make sure the trays are never empty. Every dish tasted homemade. My favorites were the wonton soup with a hint of ginger, the BBQ chicken was so crispy and moist, homemade Vietnamese style spring rolls and the variety of noodles. Lots of popular dishes like sweet and sour pork and ginger beef. I would have liked to see more fresh fruit, but hey they have a soft serve ice cream machine which kinda made up for it. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean.

In regards your service last Sunday we didn't bypass your staff we came in and want to seat with my family and want table for 4 person. Your staff insist that you we are together and seat together. Because my friends from church came in together with us and asked to have separate tables. We choose not to seat together because we have small kids.

And we didn't combine the four tables together as we are not staff working there we don't have the right to arrange the tables on your restaurant. We are already sitting and your staff decided to move us on other table. Upon entering your restaurant you can refuse to have us if you are fully booked and we can leave and look for other restaurant.

In regards the kid that only wants ice cream,we cannot force him to eat your food because he don't like the food. You told us to pay 5 bucks for small cup and we said yes as we don't care to pay 5 bucks for just ice cream because he don't like Chinese food. You charge for the ice cream and we didn't complaint.

We asked your staff nicely if the table at the back is available she said you can seat there. Then suddenly she start shouting in front of other customer that we cannot do that next time. We told her it's ok to seat in separates table and we don't care. She insist that we want to be all together to pay the service fee 15 percent we don't care if we pay but we just want to seat separately because we have kids. You insist that we have party as we came together because our church service is just finished and we want to eat dinner as we know each other. We asked you why you want us to seat together but we want to seat separately. You said we are bypassing the service fee. As we don't care to pay.

Regarding the rude attitude you started yelling and shouting even we didn't started eating yet and we lost our appetite and we have the chance to leave but we seated on the table already. We choose to stay and respect the restaurant as we seated already and the utensils was touch already and we dont like your effort to be wasted. You didn't stop talking and ign0ring us. We didn't even get a chance to be serve with water again and you are ignoring us and rude to us. This is not our first time to eat there as we even refer you to our friends but regret it because of the incident yesterday.

We will never go back to your restaurant because you are rude and disrespectful to...

First off I want to say AS SOON AS WE GOT HOME WE BOTH FELT VERY SICK FROM EATING HERE .... We were very disappointed and disgusted with the situation called food that was served on the buffet!!! We walked in and that was the best part of the meal!!! First, the buffet table was not up to temperature as our food was not at all hot! The food was under seasoned and the fried eggs were raw on top...slimy uncooked egg whites! The bacon was fatty and also undercooked and the sausages were deep fried too GROSS...the scrambled eggs were UNDER SEASONED and NOT HOT...I was told that the steamtable takes along time to warm up to temperature! I decided to attempt to eat the Chinese food as it is a Chinese buffet....well just about everything was FRIED...a few things were not. Because the food was NOT HOT it was extremely difficult to enjoy! The CHICKEN BALLS had raw batter in the center was like eating PASTE!!! FISH tasted bad and sour! The tartar sauce was cold it was warm!!! I informed and asked several staff and even the general manager to my surprise most all seemed to have no idea how the food was cooked or prepared. Because I was having such a moment of OH MY GOD MOMENT a manager came over look as if he was a customer with his jacket still on...all he said was SORRY...I'll talk to the cooks...I will discount your bill!!! Well he only discounted the one meal...I mean it was 2 meals and that all he did...NOT FAIR AT ALL!!! First time I came here was awesome...that was in July, 2018 was freaking awesome then...we come today and got this disgusting BRUNCH!!! I rarely go out to eat...I thought I would take my Fiancee out because she does so many good things for me I wanted to show my appreciation to her.....OH MY GOD MOMENT AGAIN!!! My Fiancee deserved way better than this food and the experience....the WATER WAS GOOD THOUGHT!!! Even thought we didn't get but 1 glass when we sat down....I will be posting this on many social networking websites this was not worth the money at all....Don't try to incorporate food that you can't cook well...stick to what is expected of a Chinese buffet....CHINESE FOOD....Try to avoid EXCESSIVE FRIED FOODS AS TO SOME PEOPLE ITS HARD TO DIGEST IT....I HAVE MANAGED 9 RESTAURANTS NOT ONE DID I EVERY SERVE FOOD THAT WAS UNDER...

Had a group of 15 people attend on a Sunday evening. Place was very busy but everyone was being tended to. The servers are consistently coming around filling up your drinks and taking your plates away without even having to ask them. Place was clean and lighting was very good. The food was consistently being looked after and fresh dishes were coming out without having to wait too long for something empty to be filled again. Our waitress was Excellent. I did not state when I made the reservation that we were having 4 kids also attending. When the bill came our waitress came over and showed me line by line how they charged us. A few of the kids only had 1 plate with a few pieces on it and she let me know that he did not eat much so they didn't feel rite about charging us full price. WOW!!! How many other places do you know that would do that. I was very pleased at how this was handled. This dinner was also for my mother's birthday and they did not charge her either. Now the food on the other hand was honestly not to MY liking. It was fresh and hot and for the most part pretty good tasting but in my honest opinion I have had better. Overall I would go back for the service and atmosphere but I feel like I could get my western chinese food fix at many other places also. I loved the place and the people but the food to me was sub-par. Just leaving my...
