Recently had my 2yr Olds birthday party here. Found a deal for $99 but everytime I tried to order it online the price was $129 (before taxes etc). Tried calling, but couldn't get in touch with the location directly. Kept getting a corporate line that was closed.
Went in person to book it. Manager was super nice, but even he didn't know why there was $30 difference in price. The second time I stopped in he told me he asked corporate about it. They told him that the $99 price is only for parties booked for Tuesdays. Though I never saw anything to support that.
We paid the $129. The price is not bad for 2hrs of unlimited play for 6 kids. But doesn't include any food. You are allowed to bring your own cake, and they do supply plates and utensils. The food looks fairly good, but not for those prices. Lots of better/cheaper options nearby, I suggest eating before/after.
The experience felt very rushed and chaotic. The staff herd several parties Into one end of the building. It's loud and crowded, the birthday party was loud and un organized. None of the parents from any of the parties (there were 5) really knew what was going on. My kid almost missed going in the ticket blaster cause of the chaos. Next thing you know it's over and you go back to playing. That is until you see the staff going through and moving all your stuff, throwing out the cake on the kids plates. The cake we brought ourselves. Apparently they need to make room for the next group.
The staff was a mixed bag. Some where friendly and helpful. But others were difficult to communicate with, and not very personable. The place was fairly clean, most machines were in good working order. I do appreciate the fact that the time on the unlimited play doesn't start until everyone is set up, and not right at 10 am.
At the end of the day the kids had an absolute blast. Which means I will probably be...

Read moreMan it still has the feel of the 90s and bringing my son here was so nice to see him have as much fun as I did when we where kids. I really appreciated the hourly gaming where they can play everything in an allocated time frame, no kid feels left out it's a really great thing. It beats when we where kids with the cup of tokens. We really liked the games and the photo scetch machine. What made this place one star shy of 5 stars was the additional cost to use the trampoline and play slide 18$. We never paid additional to use the play area when we where kids. This contradicts the no kids gets left out portion I mentioned. The competition in Edmonton are indoor playgrounds that are massive and its 10$ a kid 18$ seemed a bit steep, like if it was an extra 5-10$ everyone would spend it without thinking. But my son did enjoy it. We also enjoyed the Chuck E Cheese mascot that came out. The team there was really nice, but I did notice if you choose the 2 month pass it worked out cheaper than 70minutes of game play and the adventure pass. I will definitely...
