We booked a table for three for the hockey game. When we got there, we had trouble finding our table. Well, the reason we had trouble finding it was because it was an overflow table situated between a golf game, a skee ball game, a basketball game. The table also had no chairs. They were able to find us two chairs and some lounger that didn't even sit high enough to properly eat or be comfortable. On top of that the table was super wobbly. The location of this table was absolutely ridiculous. It should never be used. They should have told us they had no more reservations left. In any case, we decided to give it a chance. We noticed a table that had not shown up and asked if we could me moved to it. They gave us a time frame and two different people, our server and the manager, told us if they didn't show up by a certain time they would move us to the better table. We'll that time comes around and we wait maybe 5 minutes longer and ask if they can move us now. They inform us they decided to give it to someone else who didn't call in time to secure a reservation. These guys spent maybe 10 minutes out of 30 at this table and left. The establishment then went on to give this table to some walkins, and then when they left, they used the table to let their friends hang out at. There was also another table near us where the 3 top had left and they also gave that empty table to some walk ins who didn't stay long. And then that table sat empty for the remainder of the night. We showed up at that restaurant at 6 pm and stayed right until the end if the game. We were buying drinks and food, which was cooked in burnt dirty oil and were respectful the entire time we were there. It's too bad we were not shown the same courtesy. By the time we left my neck was kinking from the angle I had to put myself in to be able to even view the game. Worst experience at a place like this that ive ever had. We will definitely not be returning and will be sharing our experience with...

After cleaning a relative's suite at a seniors' residence and walking back to our hotel, a nearby place was O2's on Jasper. There's an O2's in our home town and we like the food there. One of us was craving nachos and, as it was Sunday, June 29, we checked the menu and saw nachos were on special that day. It was 6:15 p.m., definitely time to eat, and the restaurant had signs saying it was open during renovations being done at the far back, furthest away from the eatery's main entrance.

We walked in, went to a booth, and sat down. We saw 2 staff. One of us heard a waitress talking, saying in a warning tone there were no more servers, but we didn't think she was talking to us as she was a dozen feet away from us, standing near other people at the bar, looking down at her computer till, and she never glanced up in our direction. Another person with us had not heard her speaking at all. She never looked at us or came to our table, but walked away from the computer till and disappeared. Most tables were empty - it wasn't busy this early on a Sunday evening. The other staff member was behind the bar serving other customers.

A sign outside the main entrance said they were open and serving, the menu on the table at our booth showed food specials for Sunday, the website showed business as usual with a menu. Nobody ever came to our table. The booth table we sat at was broken, not just rickety, but broken where your glass would have fallen off the table. There was a dirty kleenix on the seat.

We debated whether to go to another booth and stay, one of us considered walking up to the bar and ordering food, but after looking around at the customer base and considering the staff ignored us, we got up and left. This place is located in a residential area west of downtown Edmonton, not on skid row.

Don't bother with this place - it's not anywhere like the eatery we...

A rating of 2.9 should be enough to tell the management that things are not right at this location. Went there for the first time with my girlfriend about 3 weeks ago, on wings night (Wednesday). As much as I love to leave positive feedback for most places, this isn't one of them. First, there aren't enough waitresses on a busy night like Wednesday. The lady we got (who had a curly blonde hair) was just horrible at customer service. She never took her time to listen to what we needed. We had to wait for our drinks for almost 10 minutes. Imagine how painful it is to just sit there for 10 minutes. After our drinks came, we ordered hot wings with ranch sauce. Another long wait!! We got the wings and she completely forgot about the sauce. The worse thing is, she NEVER came back to check on us....at least to see if everything was ok. We tried all we could to make eye contact with her as she kept passing close by. When she finally came over, she wasn't apologetic about her forgetfulness. Worst server I have come across in years!!! She was lucky I tipped her for her horrible service. For the manager, these feedbacks are meant to let you make improvements in some areas. I really hope you're doing what you can to make changes and AT LEAST hire people who are good in...

Had the pleasure of being served by Meaghan, and I have to say, she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our entire visit. Meaghan was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the perfect times. She truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!
