Oodle Noodle — Restaurant in Edmonton

We went to this restaurant today for the first time and what a horrible customer service we received. It looked like their main aim is to fleece as much money as possible from us. They had a promo in their door which said when you buy two boxes you get 2 kids boxes free. We ordered two boxes and when asked about their promo kids boxes the had the audacity to say we only have one kid so they cannot honour their promo for one kid and it has to be a family of four that they have to see present in their restaurant. Which is not mentioned anywhere in their promo and they just made up that rule and was quite rude about covering their own lies which made absolutely no sense. We even tried reasoning it out saying we don’t need two kids meal like advertised in their promo and we are willing to take just one kids meal since we bought one kid to the restaurant and they were like no we need two kids present in the restaurant to avail that offer … just can’t believe to what level these people would stoop to not honour their own promo … Just walked out of the restaurant feeling disgusted and never ever to dine their again .. they lost a...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oodle Noodle store located at 9080 25 ave sw and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for a fantastic meal.

The menu offers a delightful variety of noodle dishes, each bursting with flavor. I tried their signature Oodle Noodle hot tray and it was a perfect blend of fresh vegetables, tender noodles, and a savory sauce that left me craving more. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring great value for money.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the service. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to make recommendations and cater to dietary preferences.

For dessert, I couldn't resist trying banana spring rolls, which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal.

Total Cheapskates! I ordered food through Ubereats. I love Oodle Noodle, and they were running a buy 1 get 1 promo, so I thought.. sure, why not! Food arrives, and it is not even filled to the box properly. Every single time I've ordered from any Oodle Noodle location, the noodle boxes have been filled, and there have been no complaints. This location however is looking to fleece its customers. If you can't afford it then DONT run Promos. No point in running a promo and then compromising on both Quantity and quality. The noodles weren't warm enough and tasted like they weren't even cooked properly. Probably put one portion out in the wok and split it between 2 noodle boxes topped one of them with sprouts and barely put any in other. Hope customers don't notice. I would avoid eating or ordering from this location. Maybe should have taken a photo from a different angle before emptying it in a plate but the box was...
