Honestly I was very disappointed. Firstly, the service was terrible. The woman behind the counter was so rude and very unwelcoming to customers. She did not great me or acknowledge my order. After I ordered, she simply flipped the screen around to show me the tip option and corrected me when tapping my card. Like you'd get a tip lady... dream on.

I asked her about what baked goods they carried on a regular basis and she said 'look at the above menu'. Zero sense of customer service or engagement. Secondly, they had white sheets of paper taped on their menu display board over items they no longer served. I ordered a BLT which was sub-par. The bacon was very fatty (I had asked for crispy), it was overloaded with mayo and the lettuce appeared to be the last of the head. The sandwich seemed like it was slapped together. For $8 - it was not worth it.

I work in the area and my colleagues spoke highly about the café pre-pandemic. The website is great and I know the owner attended culinary at NAIT. I was shocked and underwhelmed of the cafe's appearance, the lack of baked goods and the horrible customer service. Additionally, the seating area was closed to customers. Sanitizer and wipes were on all counter spaces. It seems like their 'COVID' protocols are more important then customer service and delivering...

Excited to try a new local cafe but was disappointed on many levels. Very open space with very little seating, feels empty. Proceeded to order, small menu but that's okay. I ordered the Asian bowl with a glass of water and my boyfriend ordered the BLT Swiss and a cappuccino. We were advised to take a seat and our food would be brought to us. Our drinks arrived, the cappuccino small but tasted good, my water arrived in plastic glass, that would be too small for a child. Our food followed shortly after again....small. Asian bowl - nice breaded chicken breast, the slaw was just purple cabbage and shredded cabbage mixed with mayonnaise. The bowl was just too small for the food in it, it would have been more enjoyable on a plate or larger bowl. The BLT Swiss was nice, but the bun was sweet which savoury is what you would expect. And why would you have plastic knives and forks, you are not at a food court. So the food tastes good but some adjustments made would be a good idea. ...

Worst customer service ever, never cared if they could put together something without eggs due to allergies, no greetings rather the waitress came and said that "You know we close at 4pm today" even though their website said 5pm and no aplogies from anyone about causing the inconvienience. Very arrogant baristas who dont care about customer service! The waitress claims that I was being rude to her when i told her "to tell customers that you are closing at 4pm when they are buying coffee at 3:45pm" She said" Well not my problem, you missed the sign posted at door" and then claims that I was being rude!!!!

and all the baristas starting to couple together and dominate on me , she was being rude to me from the very beginning while ordering, didnot help me with menu, no greeting whatsoever, It was my first and last time in this cafe, I really wish you guys go out of your business as that is the law, if you dont understand and practice customer service, so you will be...

Well, to say they do sandwiches right is spot on. We started the morning with their cheese sandwich for me (grilled with caramelized onions 😮) and the Morning sandwich for the Mrs. From the perfect buns to the softest eggs these sandwiches will melt in your mouth. It us like eating tasty clouds. For drinks I had the Dulce Latte and the Mrs. the raspberry mocha. The Dulce Latte was nice and mild and did not hide the taste of my sandwich. It was very complimentary as both had caramel flavours. The raspberry mocha had a very strong flavor but so did the morning sandwich so again they complemented each other. Who doesn't like raspberry in the morning? On a side note. The happy motivations around the cafe help brighten the mood. The owners spread the cheer also with warm welcomes to all who come in. On the wall by the sugars and creams is a local business bulletin board. It is good to see local businesses supporting and promoting other fellow locals.

Whenever I find myself in Edmonton, there's one coffee shop I can't resist for breakfast or brunch. Nestled in a bustling shopping area of the charming Summerside neighborhood, this café boasts a spacious interior with ample seating that invites you to linger over your meal. With my friend's apartment just a quick four-minute stroll away, it's no wonder this spot has become my go-to retreat! My all-time favorite order from this delightful café is a trifecta of deliciousness: the savory bunwich, paired perfectly with an iced caramel latte that strikes the right balance of sweetness and an iced matcha latte that refreshes with every sip. Each visit feels special, and I can't recommend this place enough. From the cozy atmosphere to the delectable menu, you must try their bunwich—it's an experience deserving of a *chef's kiss*! You won't be disappointed!

This morning, I went to your store for a coffee. It was my first time because I go to physiotherapy nearby. What surprised me was that, despite good Google reviews, the person behind the counter was quite rude. When I asked for a sticker to prevent my coffee from spilling in my car, they responded very rudely, pointing vaguely, and when I couldn’t find it and mentioned it, they said, "We don't have any." It’s not about the sticker; it’s about the employee's lack of customer service skills and rude behavior. I hope their manager trains them in customer service. I won’t be coming back, but I wanted to provide feedback because such a beautiful place deserves better service. Considering it was early, around eight thirty, I can only imagine how they'll treat others later in the day. Maybe they're inexperienced or need more training.
