Xiao Bin (Paul) Huang was very patient and took the time to clearly explain every step of the home buying process. There’s a lot to navigate when purchasing a house, but Paul made everything easier and more digestible for us.
We especially appreciate Paul's method of communication, he consistently used written communication, even when busy or late hours. Paul's communication helped us to better understand everything and gave us a record to refer back to. With so much going on during the buying process, this made a big difference! Also, as new parents, we preferred written messages because it’s easier to read a message than to step away, wear headphones, and try to catch everything by phone. This was especially noticeable when compared to other professionals we worked with - our financial advisor, mortgage advisor, and legal assistant often relied on calls or voice messages, which made things harder. On the other hand, Paul was naturally thoughtful and considerate, we didn’t even need to ask for written communication.
