Update June 2025: Ya'll really suck at giving people the items that they ordered. I have been ordering the pesto chicken panini on Doordash for a couple years now. Previously, it was amazing. Filled with an adequate amount of chicken and all of the toppings I order. Unfortunately the last few times have been very different. When I got my order this evening, it was basically just 2 pieces of toast with a couple pieces of chicken and a couple shreds of lettuce. There was no pickles, onions, spinach, or sauces, which was very disappointing as I know this restaurant is capable of doing better. One thing that does remain consistent is how good their fries and pesto mayo are! If the food quality improves with my future orders, I will be happy to change my review to 5 stars EDIT: Gave them another chance, and ordered my panini as usual (with veggies and sauces) Below is a picture of what I received. Nothing but bread, chicken and cheese. Nobody from the resturant bothered to contact me to tell me that they were not able to put any toppings onto my sandwich. Doordash never offers any kind of compensation, and the owner has offered to refund via etransfer but has not followed through. I am going to give this resturant one more chance before I write it off as a complete waste of money. It's disappointing, because when they make the orders correctly, the food is very very good!

Update December:2022 I have tried Panini’s three times now. Twice from Uber Eats and recently once dining in. It pains me to do this, but I have to reduce the rating due to inconsistency. The two pizzas I had ordered for delivery were phenomenal. However, the pizza I got in the store was the opposite and not at all like it was when I ordered takeout. The pizza I had in-house was bland and did not have the same style crust and flavour as my previous two pies had. I am not sure why it was so different in the store, but I can only assume they cook larger pizzas differently than medium. The two pizzas I ordered for takeout were large, while my in-store purchase was a medium pizza. I am quite shocked at the difference in quality. Still, the pizzas I got for delivery were terrific, but now I don’t know what or how to order. November 2022: The pizza from Panini’s is top-notch. I ordered it through UberEats and it was still warm when it arrived. The pizza here has the perfect amount of crisp and the sauce has a nice flavour. I have tried a lot of pizza spots in Edmonton and I would categorize this one in the top tier. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a spaghetti carbonara on skip the dishes. One of my favourite meals. It arrived and you could tell it sat for a while in its container. All of the noodles were stuck together in a big clump and they scrambled the egg. It was gritty and clumpy. Not creamy at all. After contacting the support team with skip the dishes, they reached out to the restaurant and wouldn’t offer me more than 50% of the cost back. This meal costs nearly $20 before delivery and tax. I took a couple of bites and the rest went in the garbage. I would’ve sent it back to the kitchen if I was dining in. I’ve had carbonara delivered from other restaurants before with no issues. This place clearly doesn’t know how to cook this menu item properly. We also ordered a pepperoni calzone, which was ok, but not amazing. We won’t be ordering from here again.

We went for dinner last night Saturday Sept 9th, Jasper location. It was the first time for me, second for my daughter and son in law. It was a beautiful warm night, so we got a perfect corner table on the patio. Service was ok to begin with, because we had to grab our own menus. My son in law and I, both ordered fettuccine al Panna and my daughter a small Brooklyn pizza. It was relatively busy, but we got our food in decent time. (The menu was hard to understand, we did have to ask questions). My pasta was very good, the chicken was a wee bit overdone, but still, I would order it again. I tried my daughters thin crust pizza, which I would also order another time.

After we got our food and was asked how it was, we had no more service....no asking if we wanted anything else, drinks, dessert, fresh parmasean, nothing. It wasn't that busy. I will definitely go back. Just that the service needed a bit of work. Also, we were able to go for a walk to see the river, which I have only seen once, afterwards.

I definatly recommend to give it a try and definatly this location. The portion size gave me enough, for...
