We ordered our pizza, wings, and curly fries on Friday at 5:21PM. Received the confirmation email that the delivery would be within 20-40 minutes. After 60 minutes I called the support line to ask where the pizza was and was told that the actual delivery time was estimated at 60 minutes and that the email was incorrect. We waited an additional 20 minutes until pizza arrived. 80 minutes total for delivery.
When the pizza arrived it was cold, the wings were cold, my two-year-old son bit into one of the boneless wings and it was RAW. To make matters worse, he grabbed another boneless wing and bit into it, and it turned out to be a JALEPENO POPPER!!!!!.
Upon talking to the PIzza73 customer service department I was informed that they did not have the authorization to compensate me adequately for the horrendous experience me and my family had. Would not recommend Pizza 73 to my friends or family. Clearly my business does not...
Read moreThe person working didn’t listen to the order had to repeat it 4 times even the people behind me had to repeat their orders while I was waiting she forgot what I wanted on my pizzas twice that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes I told her 2 different kinds of chips and she told me they didn’t sell that when I was looking right at the chip rack and had to tell her the ones on the bottom and the second row. 2 people left while I was waiting without finishing their order. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted just cheese pizza when I told her I wanted what I ordered the 2 two topper pizza medium mega meal. If I didn’t already pay for it and wait 25 minutes I would ask for a refund and next time I’ll order online and have it delivered. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother going to this pizza 73. Skip the dishes guy been sitting here 10 minutes with me waiting for his pick up...

Called to customer service two times on 1st January and 2 January 2024. Everytime different answers from customer service. They don’t want to take complaints Bz ordered was walk - in. They said product was discontinued, we can’t take complaints. Then why this location is selling products. Even no one from store informed me that if you order discontinued products we can’t do anything after order. Also, said you can make a complaint after 1 days. They pushed me to go to the store and make a complaint.
Very bad experience. Poor customer service. Wasting money.
