My 2 experience from this location have soured me returning. My first experience was I ordered 2 pizzas, one modified. When delivered one was not even pizza ordered. My second experience the app had an issue and my account (charged). Automatic email said “oops something went wrong. If charged you should be refunded in 3 working days”. It has now been over 4. No refund. I visited location on order date. The manager assured me it was a glitch and to email them details and it would be resolved. No response to my initial email. Filed customer service concern on website. No response. Only once posted to social media was I DM’d that payment are franchise handled.
Follow up. I finally heard from the location. They were able to provide me with confirmation that refund has been started. I am grateful they did reach out. They were professional and apologetic.
Sometimes errors occur. This is a fact of life. Replying to those concerns in a timely fashion is imperative for any business.

Read moreI hate to write a bad review but the service was atrocious. They left out the single pizza we ordered with any veggies on it. When I called I sat on hold with customer service for 20 minutes only to be told I need to call the store (there's only one number to call...). I was transferred to the store where the person who answered the phone kept telling me to check the door, as though that wasnt the first thing I would do, and then said he would talk to his driver. I missed the call back, and when I tried to return the call I was hung up on. I filled out the email survey describing my issues and was asked if I'd like to be contacted about these issues. Later received an email asking if I was contacted, when I selected no the only other question was "how likely are you to recommend pizza hut".
Absolutely the worst pizza hut location I've ever ordered from and will not order...
Read moreLike others have said every order is either missing something or incredibly late. Of the last three order I made:
•They forgot my mozza sticks and tried asking me to accept store credit instead of giving me what I paid for (I don't trust I'll get my store credit anyways with the track record this store has),
•Ran out 750ml bottles so gave me two cans instead which would have been fine except one of the cans was dented and had a hole in the top. The soda was flat and since it was no longer sealed it wasn't safe to drink anyways so we dumped it out and over paid for a single can of soda. The fact someone thought it was acceptable to serve a customer compromised product is astounding.
