Those of you who have had a positive experience are an anomaly. I have worked near this location for years. Myself and co-workers know it as the worst Subway around and will go to any other location. Unfortunately, when I placed my delivery order through the Subway App is linked me to this location and I didn't notice. The drink wasn't delivered, the meatball sub had zero marinara sauce (it was checked off as extra, and no shredded cheese). My pizza sub had one triangle on one end of each half and was on whole wheat when it should have been on white as I cannot eat whole wheat. It also barely had any meat and no marinara sauce. But wait, the problems don't stop there. When I called the lady refused to refund me for anything saying the drink was Door Dashes problem and I had to get the refund from them even though I ordered through the Subway app - I was supposed to arrange this. The meatball sub had cheese (bullcrap) and sauce (umm nope). They would remake the pizza sub and send it or so I thought. An hour and a half later still no sub so I called again. Apparently I was supposed to send Door Dash to pick up. Ummm no, I already paid for delivery of an incorrect order. Another 10 minute fight with her when she finally said she would 'try' to refund the pizza sub and drink and call me back shortly when done. A day later no refund, no call, no response from Subway headquarters. What a joke. Good luck - you take your chances...
Read moreLiterally the saddest subway I've ever been to, AVOID AT ALL COST. We came in 1 hour before closing. 1st, the girl working looked like she really effing hates her job. I gave her a pass because it's a subway on Friday, and she looked to be in her teens, so I get it. 2nd, they had lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers...THAT'S IT. I figured, okay maybe they didn't order enough, and we came JUST before their order came in. Which was difficult to believe that they wouldn't order enough for the week, but whatever, maybe bad management. 3rd, they were out of ALL THE BREADS except for plain white They were out of the pepperoni, they were out of meatballs, they were out of cold cuts, and they were out of tuna. Finally, asking they did have, left us with roastbeef and chicken. We asked and PAID for extra cheese...we got 2 extra slices. We asked for 2 out of 3 subs to be toasted, their toaster was out. We asked for extra bacon (because it was clearly full), microwave was broken.
Totally get being a teen and not caring about the place you work. But this was actually PATHETIC. I see why literally no one is there, EVER. I have no idea how they stay open, but then again, they don't order or make anything, so I assume that keeps their...
Read moreFirst of all, EVERY time I go to ANY Subway and I show them a coupon.... right away they treat me like dirt. Today, Sukh wouldn't even put onions on my Crispy Chicken, which, BTW, will NOT come with cheese if you have the gall to use a coupon. The coupon itself, of course, shows a picture of two Crispy Chickens both WITH cheese. And I don't think anyone really knows what the other 50% of the 'chicken' is made of. Sukh's reply to my request for onions, was: "No, it only comes with lettuce and tomatoes." He did graciously allow my request for garlic sauce instead of whatever he was going to put on it. First and ONLY time to this location for me. I couldn't leave the place fast enough, it was so awkward, as obviously, you are NOT welcome there (or at ANY Subway location) if you use a coupon. I think what happens is that Subway, the company, issues coupons that the franchisees cannot afford. But Subway, the company, couldn't care less what their franchisees think about the coupons that are sent out. No receipt offered nor given (same as what one other...
