Stopped by Wednesday at 5:19pm to no more tapioca pearls AGAIN. (closing time 7pm) This is the THIRD TIME we’ve had this happen. On the sign it says ‘we are currently preparing now..’ Ok that’s fine, I ask the girl about how long will it take to make them. She said ‘well by the time it’s done we will be closed’ meaning they weren’t ‘currently preparing’ and she didn’t want to do it. UM OK. What are you gonna do for the next 1hr 41min? I’ve boiled tapioca pearls before and it doesn’t take that long. Why have a sign saying you’re ‘currently preparing’? Why even stay open? I kindly asked her do you think you can do 3 for me? She said yeah I can without the tapioca pearls. Lmao are you for real? A bubble tea shop without the bubbles? What a joke. On top of super slow service (should be named Slowly not Quickly) they can now add horrible lazy service and always out of tapioca pearls. Why are you even a bubble tea shop?? Their excuse is always ‘we had a big order just now or it was cuz of the special today’ UM YOU GUYS HAVE A SPECIAL EVERYDAY AND YOU’RE A BUBBLE TEA SHOP. Have adequate bubbles!

I'm happy to say I've come back a dozen times, and every time, they have had tapioca bubbles! 😁 Plus we really like their daily specials, such a good deal!!! - Original review: went to order 4 Bubble Teas and they had no tapioca pearls/balls. That's one of the main ingredients to making bubble tea! I wasn't happy and didn't get any bubble tea because what is bubble tea with out the tapioca, right!? - Update: Nov 8th 2023. Went in at 5:15pm and once again they have no tapioca balls!!! This place is constantly out of Tapioca! BUT you can go to Edo or practically any other Bubble Tea shop and they have Tapioca balls.

Whenever I crave for milktea and come to do groceries, I stopped by and order at this store. I usually like to order their fresh smoothies and pop chicken which is really a good combination. Also, we got to collect our stamps so when we complete one, we get another for free. Sometimes, you gotta make sure you order ahead since the waiting will really take time because they only get one staff to work. Overall, I always like to order my milktea in this store. Delicious and fresh!

Whenever I crave for milktea and come to do groceries, I stopped by and order at this store. I usually like to order their fresh smoothies and pop chicken which is really a good combination. Also, we got to collect our stamps so when we complete one, we get another for free. Sometimes, you gotta make sure you order ahead since the waiting will really take time because they only get one staff to work. Overall, I always like to order my milktea in this store. Delicious and fresh!

Quickly, more like Slowly. Waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. Guy ahead of us ordered 3 drinks, and that took forever, then our drinks took forever. Another older lady was waiting the whole time to even put her order in. She eventually left (after about 20 minutes) and I don't blame her lol. I don't blame the employee for the slow speed, I blame the managers for only having one person working by themselves when it seems the process is pretty slow as it is. They Def should stop being cheap and have atleast 2 people working together. Poor guy who was doing our orders was def going as fast as he could and was clearly working hard, I don't blame it...
