Look, I never thought I'd be writing such a negative review for one of my favorite fast foods. I have odered the pizza sub on Italian herb and cheese over 100 times in my life, but never had I ever had one be bad, let alone terrible. This was terrible and if it were the first time eating one, I'd never go back. The bread was STALE, crumbly and disgustingly dry. It was toasted, but again, I know the difference between the nastiness they served me here and the fresh bread every other subway has served in the past. There is a clear lack of sanitation with throwing out expired food. The lady wore her gloves while touching the cash register and then starting refilling the pepperoni. Another worker took over to finish my sub and when I asked for all vegetables, she stood puzzled and asked me again, and when I confirmed, she stood there with a glare for another second or two and then started passive aggressively throwing stuff on, with no care of how much or little she was adding, and it was a mess. The service was horrible, the sandwich bread was disgusting and ingredients disproportionate, and it was unlike any subway I'd been to. I also worked in a fast food sandwich restaraunt when I was younger, and I never gave people attitude unless they gave me attitude back. I was pleasant and didn't mention any of these things I've noted to them, just observed the horrible service. Never going back here.
PS I write the review above before finishing the sandwich... however, as I got through the first quarter of the sandwich, I also came across rotten tomatoes that resembled paste and didn't taste like tomato anymore. The more resembled the taste of dirt and somehow smelled like a pumpkin patch? I know, I dont know either... I was so hungry that I ate the one half, but I just couldn't stomach this thing, and I tossed the other half. Complete...
Read moreI walked in to get a sub. There was one customer in front of me the worker helped them and once she finished checking them out she walked up to me and told me I would have to wait 7-10 minutes for her to do the bread. After I had already been waiting for 5 minutes. The lady behind me agreed it was absolutely ridiculous and left. I would have to if I had the time to go anywhere else. It should not take 20 minutes to get a sub with one person in front of you…..This was absolutely absurd.
I then asked when a manager would be in I could come speak to and she expressed she was the supervisor. So I expressed to her that it was not great customer service and that she probably could have waited 2 minutes to go do the bread. She couldn’t have seem to care less. She then proceeded to say that the bread is the most important thing. I couldn’t believe it. She said to a paying customer that the bread was more important than the paying customer. That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard especially to say out loud. I work in the service industry and would never in a million year dream of saying that something I’m doing is more important than the customer. Customer care should be top priority. I’m also curious if the bread is that important why they only have one person working???
Overall the workers customer service skills were nothing shy of horrible especially for a “supervisor”

Read moreI went to this Subway at 8:15pm on April 22nd. I came in after working 10 hours with no food or break and I just wanted to order a sandwich. The worker was finishing up with a customer who was paying for his sandwich. I was waiting patiently at the other end of the counter. She proceeds to approach me and you think she would ask what I would like. But that’s not what happens. She looks at me and says “I have a mobile order” and proceeds to multiple sandwiches while I stand there and watch. Keep in mind I am a hungry nurse who worked a long shift. I stood there for about 2 minutes before deciding that it wasn’t worth my time. I then drove to ANOTHER Subway to try again. The staff greeted me at the other one immediately. I asked the worker before I ordered if she had any mobile orders to make. She looked at me as if I was crazy and said “Why would that matter? Did you have an order pick up?” And I said “No, the other Subway made me wait for her to make the mobile order before allowing me to order despite the fact I was standing right in front of her.” That Subway worker was stunned to say the least. I don’t know what was wrong with the lady at this location, but even on my bad days a nurse I would never dismiss a patient, or customer in this scenario, asking for assistance. Keep in mind I was only customer in the store and she could not handle my 1 sandwich order. I would give...
