I have been a regular customer for some time now but the girl that works in the evening seems to be frustrated all the time. She is rude. Today also I went around 9:40 pm and asked for a crunchy chicken burrito, the girl said there was a 6 min waiting on that, then suddenly the gentlemen( who is usually nice most of the time ) who works with her said that they were out of crunchy chicken. 2 people working at same time and there statements just don’t match! I knew they were lying maybe they were in rush to finish all the work to be done at store closing. I asked her to make a jerk chicken burrito, when it came to the toppings, her onion container was empty and whatever was leftover she put that really small amount over my burrito, i asked her to add some more. She acted so rude and went back to bring some more. The way she prepared my burrito ( being a regular customer ) was just too rude. What am i paying for? Are u providing me with free food or doing a favour over me?? I have been observing this girls behaviour from a long time but never wanted to post a negative review. I want to bring this into your attention that your this location used to be best location where we were coming there from last 2 years. But somehow the change of ownership has made this location the worst location in edmonton.
Their staff service is so poor and the way they make burrito for the people is brutal.People come here to spend their hard earn money to get their food but what they are getting in return is bad behaviour from the staff and specially the lady owner who tells herself owner but she doesn’t even know the meaning of what ownership or customer service is.
And the time we entered the store was around 9:20 pm and 40 minutes were still left for closing.And if you don’t want to serve your customers right way why do you open your store that late. And also Instead of apologizing and giving good service that lady owner told us that she would through the burrito but wouldn’t make the way we wanted. This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and after the experience we had, we will not be returning to this location. The staff member was very rude! She didn't acknowledge us, she wouldn't even smile. She acted as though we were disturbing her. It was my aunt's first time at bar burrito so I was trying to explain how to order, but then the staff member started to get irritated with us and was getting pushy, basically trying to hurry us out of there. I told her to calm down because she was being very rude. All she said was "yeah ok! What do you want?!" After being rushed through our order she ran out of steak, and instead of going to get some more she told us to get something else because she doesn't want to go warm it up for 6-7 minutes.
