Was on my way home and was so hungry and just moved to this area and drove into the complex to see if any food places were available. It was already 9pm like 2 minutes to, and wing snob still had their open sign on, I decided to go in fast respectfully in case they were already cleaned up and closed etc most places would just tell you to leave , the woman at the counter was so welcoming and inviting and had a big smile which was so refreshing to me to see in a food place I actually avoid going into anywhere to eat like fast food or restaurants as I started to just rely on Uber eats and groceries lol. But even though they were closing and (closed) and I had never seen the menu before , she was so patient and kind even as I was changing my mind every 35 seconds on what to order, I asked if I could just get a meal with wings and fries combo but without the drink (usually that ends up making it extra anyways but I knew I had pop at home) but if I was to get just the wings and fries not as a meal it was actually the same amount of money basically , I struggled with what to do and she was so helpful and said instead of the drink she would give me extra wings instead , in my mind I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I never heard that before usually McDonald's or dairy queen or burgers priest ETC would just basically make you feel like you need to hurry up. After I paid I was thanking her and I saw they had this fresh type of bread at the counter and I asked if I could try one while I waited and as I was about to dig around for change in my purse she said oh no problem! And gave me 2 of the items for FREE. As I sat down I was already dehydrated from my long day of shopping and having bread alone I was in need of water, I didn't want to over ask or anything and was willing to pay for a cup of water where subway or somewhere would still make you pay for that cup or even Tim Hortons, and she said oh no problem here, gave me a fountain size cup and told me to pick any pop I wanted! I was so thankful I think I over thanked her like crazy lol, but seriously this is the kind of service that makes me appreciate these types of restaurants or fast food places as the name is also unique , and the wings were AMAZING , I will definitely be coming back and recommending...
Read moreThis Wing Snob – it’s hands down my absolute favorite place to eat! The wings are always cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the flavor options are endless and absolutely delicious. Every visit feels like a treat because the food is consistently top quality, fresh, and full of flavor.
But what really makes this place special is the incredible service, especially from Simran. She is by far the most amazing worker I’ve ever come across. Simran goes above and beyond every single time – always welcoming with a warm smile, super attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have the best experience possible. She remembers regulars, makes excellent recommendations, and somehow manages to make every interaction feel personal and positive.
It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such kindness and enthusiasm, but Simran does it effortlessly. She’s honestly a big part of why I keep coming back. This place already has the best wings in town, and with Simran’s outstanding service,...
Read moreFirst the good:
Cajun Fries - sooo good. Crisp, good amount of flavour on the spice.
Garlic parm dip - so tasty. Would love to see that as a wing sauce. (If it is, I overlooked it)
Honey garlic sauce was tasty.
Bad:
Garlic park wings were a dry rub and I was hoping they were saucy. The menu indicates other dry rubs but because this didn’t have (dry rub ) like other flavours, I expected something different.
Wing size was awfully tiny. I was expecting quality sized wings but these were small. I was not impressed. For a place whose entire food offerings are wings, they need to source better.
Additionally, quality control doesn’t seem to be in place. At least two of my wings were half wings with just a small nub of meat. I’m surprised they were allowed to be played like that.
I...
