Update: We gave LOVEPIZZA another shot and I think they got worse. For example, the tomato sauce for the ham & pineapple was so thin and the toppings so few that there were several bites where I was eating dry bread. Some flavors were nice, like the lemongrass chicken but very few bites had that nice combination of spice, sweet, and lemongrass. There is some potential in the flavors they created but the execution has been poor. I do not plan to order from here again. Previous: I have tried this location a couple of times now. We got the butter chicken, ham & pineapple, mushroom & pepperoni, and the plain Jane. The pizzas were on the dry side and the toppings of each slice of the ham & pineapple and mushroom & pepperoni were inconsistent and somewhat scant (you could easily have one to two bites consecutively with nothing more than crust and a little bit of sauce/cheese), which makes the ratios of bread:sauce:cheese:toppings off. The flavors were accurate and not too salty. At $26 a pizza for this size, I would expect something more to elevate the dish. Overall, the quality has been inconsistent (the other time was quite saucy) and the product does not really match the price point.

Ordered ahead on the app to pick lunch up for noon. I ordered a Buffalo chicken lunch special pizza, a pepperoni lunch special pizza and bbq ranch tots. I was pretty early I showed up at 11:53 and went in expecting it to not quite be ready because I was pretty early but it was already sitting in the warmer. It took awhile for me to pay even though I was the only one there. The girl working said she had to get her machine started up or something? Guess I should have just paid ahead, didn’t think it would be a big deal to pay in store. I paid and drove home, I live 5 min away. The buffalo chicken pizza was drenched in buffalo. I decided to take a photo after I ate the first piece. I ate about half of it because it was so over sauced. We were given the wrong tots, I ordered the bbq ranch and I got the buffalo ones (like I didn’t have enough buffalo sauce on my pizza). They were also very soggy and we couldn’t eat them. The pepperoni pizza was the only thing that wasn’t bad. I used to go to the downtown location often and was really excited that they were opening a location close to home. Have been here a couple times and every experience has been sub par.

Love it or hate it, this is not pizza. This is slightly heated flatbread. They use premade "crust", top it very stingily, then put it through a rolling toaster. Like at Quiznos. Definitely not worth $17. We tried the personal size sweet heat and Italian meatball. The toppings were tasty, there just wasn't even close to enough. Barely any cheese. I would be fine with it if it was marketed as a flatbread snack and didn't cost as much as a real entree. The staff were extremely hesitant and slow. Our pizza was cold by the time they handed it to us, because it doesn't get that warm in the little toaster, then they took several minutes to add some parsley and stuff. So we took it home and put it in the oven. You can see both pizzas fit easily on a standard baking sheet. I was pretty disappointed, and I will not be back.

If you have an allergy Be Aware!! Do not go here if you have an allergy. We used to drive to the downtown location because we love the pizza & that location is excellent with allergies as well as making consistent pizzas. When we saw this location opening on Rabbit Hill we were thrilled. The first time we went to get love pizza there was a problem with allergies the employees had zero clue about allergy protocols. They basically made every mistake you can when making a pizza for someone with an allergy including a huge accidental glob of normal cheese on the pizza. The manager did make things right so we decided to go back. Sadly this happened again to a worse degree. They didn’t change gloves, passed the pizza along to various employees without letting them know the pizza had an allergy, didn’t clean the work space before making the allergy pizza and the girl making the pizza truly didn’t seem to understand what a dairy allergy was. I literally had to kindly tell her at least 4 times and she still ended up asking if I wanted mozzarella. Which is fine I’m sure it could be out of habit. But she clearly wasn’t trained how to make a pizza for someone with an allergy.

I also went in to the establishment to order. I was literally the only customer in the store. It took over 30 minutes to get my 2 pizzas that I ordered because most of the employees were making to go orders. The girl that helped me was painfully slow at making the pizza. Perhaps she was new and I am all for giving grace. But when you have an allergy there is no room for error.

It is important to note that I emailed the owner twice before writing this review. I always believe it is best to go straight to the source. But I also believe in allergy awareness and advocacy. I sadly write this review simply because the manager chose to not respond to my emails. If he simply emailed me & let me know he went over allergy protocols with staff that would have been great.

If you have an allergy, intolerance, are vegan or keto please be extremely careful if you...

I used to love this place, but things seem to have really gone down in quality. I tried to order through their website and hit the Delivery option, figuring it would be better to go through in-house delivery than one of the third-party apps. The website got stuck in a loop, saying to put in payment info over and over again. It made it through after a while and the pizzas were pretty tasty, but the story doesn't end there.

A few months later, I tried once more to order delivery through the website. Again the website got stuck on payment info, and this time it was even more frustrating because it had been months. I thought they would have fixed it by then.

Eventually I gave up on trying to order online and called to try and place an order for delivery. I tried to politely order a few pizzas for delivery, and the person who picked up the phone rudely cut me off and told me that LovePizza no longer does delivery & I should use Skip or Uber instead. I can understand that change, but it should have been clearly explained on the website instead of sending me down a never-ending loop.

It really is a shame, because I loved the flavour combinations of the pizzas on the menu, but LovePizza lost my business that night. Truly this review is about the rude service and the bad website, not the food itself. I will have to look elsewhere for good pizza with a functional website and...

Went in with a friend for lunch on a Tuesday and there wasn’t a soul in the place we came in together and she had her daughter that she was getting a kids pizza for and then one for her and one for myself. The staff person took my friends child’s order first made the entire pizza including waiting until the whole pizza was finished rolling through the oven then made my friends pizza again waited until the whole pizza was rolled through. Made an order for pick up and again waited for it to roll through and went for a trip to the back room for several minutes and then came out to take my order. By the time mine was finished my friend and her 2 year old were finished eating. It was such an awkward lunch because half the time I was standing waiting to even be greeted by a staff member. The food was good I will say that the pricing has gone up from what I remember it being a few years ago which I understand in today’s economy. However the service was absolutely terrible! I couldn’t believe it. I have been to other locations and the second you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a chipper hello. Was absolutely terrible and will not be back to this location based on...
