Royal Pizza Mill Woods — Restaurant in Mill Woods

Went to this location last week Saturday. Food was great but our waitress was not the greatest. When she brought our pizzas to us, she asked if there was anything else she could grab for us before she left us to enjoy our meal. We botu said yes and each of us asked if we could get a side of ranch. She said no problem and left.

Later on, dhe came back and asked if we needed a refill on our drinks. We said yes. She refilled our drinks and asked if we needed anything else. Again we asked if we could get the sides of ranch we asked for earlier (10 minutes from the first time we asked) She said thanks for reminding her and that she would be back. When dhe came back, shr brings 1 small take out container of ranch. So then we had to once again explain that we each asked for a side of ranch.

Later on when we were ready to leave, we asked for boxes for our meals, as we ordered 2 large pizzas. I only had 2 slices of my pizza. She brings is 2 medium boxes. The medium box was fine for the person I was with, since he ate half of his large pizza. But being that I only had 2 slices of pizza I still needed a large box. We waited over 15 minutes for her to come back thinking she would be back with the bill, since it was not bisy in the restaurant. Whe she had not returned, we asked another waitress if she could let our waitress know that we needed a large box instead of a medium for my pizza and the bill. The other waitress said she would let our waitress know. We saw the waitress relay this information to our waitress, who was not busy. Yet we again waited another 10 minutes, while our waitress stood by the counter by the boxes.

We have gone to this location a few times on the weekend. The black waitress is amazing. But this short caucasian girl with brown curly hair and glasses, we have had twice now and she just is not on the ball and seems a little clueless.

Never again👎I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich one time and it was pricey for the size and also very very dry. I told myself maybe try something different and this time I ordered the smallest pizza in the lunch special menu with one topping and it was over $10 as lunch special. When I asked for my one topping, feta cheese, and went to pick it up she charged me close to$14. Small size with one topping for almost $14. I could have a large loaded pizza for that price in another pizza place. When I told the girl why the extra charge she said that the topping is extra but they never told me when I ordered it by phone. I asked to speak with the owner and I was one given the run around and said he is not available. I felt that I was scammed. Too bad they are going to lose customers one by one. This is the punishment when you try to help local...

We eat at Royal Pizza all the time, however we have never tried the Millwoods location. Either Royal Pizza has gone down hill or Millwoods doesn't follow franchise protocol. The pizza bread & meat sauce was good. I was going to split the pasta with my husband. I ordered 3 extra meatballs. Instead of putting them on the side, they were put with the 3 in the container. That meant there was barely any room fir the spaghetti noodles. The meatballs were $1.75 each and tasted like boiled sausage meat. They looked even worse & my husband refused to eat them. The dog was happy. The tomato sauce was full of chunks of tomato without a very good taste. I asked for a fork and parm & chilli's and was told I could buy a to go kit.
