This is the single worst Tim Hortons I've been to in all of Canada. If I could give zero stars I would. I once went to the drive through before a night shift and sat there for 20 minutes. That's no joke. I leave for work at 10PM and sat there till 1020PM; there were 5 cars ahead of me. I got to work just on time. Their coffee is consistently burnt and the order is usually wrong. The final straw for me was when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese before day shift. It was still dark and I started eating the bagel as I was driving to work. All of a sudden as I was chewing I could taste something in a big clump of cream cheese. As I pulled it out of my mouth I realized it was a long hair, and with it came the clump of cream cheese dangling from the hair. I almost threw up I was so disgusted. I didn't eat again till later that afternoon and it really takes a lot to gross me out like that. I will NEVER go to that location again. NEVER. And I absolutely do not recommend anyone else go there either. I've gone to many Tim Hortons locations in Canada and this is hands down the worst one I've been to. Ever since this last experience I've made a conscious effort to avoid Tim Hortons products in general. Now I mostly make my coffee and breakfast at home. If that doesn't happen, I spend the extra and go...
Read moreAt around 10:27 PM, I placed a mobile order at this location while returning home. My wife was driving and I was in the passenger seat. When we went through the drive-thru and mentioned it was a mobile order, things took a surprising turn.
The lady at the window (wearing a hijab 🧕) told my wife, “We are sold out, we have nothing to offer you.” I was shocked. I asked if she could give me anything equivalent to my order—whatever was left. Instead, she insisted I come back the next morning for a refund or for my order, since there was no manager on duty. I asked again if she was serious that there was absolutely nothing left, and she still refused.
Fortunately, another staff member stepped in. After I explained the situation, he handled it very professionally. He offered me some delicious food, and I gladly accepted. I parked so I wouldn’t hold up the drive-thru, and shortly after, he personally brought me a tasty wrap and muffins. His professionalism and kindness turned what started as a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
I want to sincerely thank the gentleman who resolved the issue 👏. However, the staff at the window clearly needs better customer service training, as her handling of the situation was...
Read moreThis location is so concerned with pushing people through the drivethru so quickly, they couldn’t be bothered to listen to any questions or concerns of their customers. Make sure you’re paying attention to your total!! When my total was over $2 higher than I expected, I had to ask the employee 3 times what I was being charged for before he gave me a relevant (but wrong) answer. Of course the manager got involved because I was at the window longer than 10 seconds and she was just as terrible. She started a screaming match with me because “it’s what the computer is saying”, again not even listening to me. I finally asked them to break my order down into 2 transaction that I knew the total of both because I’ve ordered them before, and sure enough it was $2.50 less than what they originally tried to charge. When I asked the manager again why there was the price difference, she offered not a sliver of an apology and still denied that anything was punched in wrong. She said that it was what the computer was saying and that I should just order in 2 transactions again next time. Like what kind of customer...
