Had the worst in store experience today. Came to order a sandwich during my short lunch break. The staff was focusing on customers coming through the drive thru rather than 2 of us in store. The staff ignored us inside the store and we're laughing and talking in their own language. I finally got to order my sandwich and I was waiting 10 mins. I asked for my money back since I had to walk back to my work and it was taking too long. The lady looked at me and didn't say anything. Then when I asked again she laughed and walked away without a word. The other customer in store got the wrong sandwich and offered to give me his. I kindly replied no thank you I just want my money back at this point. Finally another lady came laughing at me while the others spoke their language and she gave me $6 back. I asked her if she was sure it was just $6. She said yes. I told her GST is also included and that she should be giving a full refund to customers. She gave me the extra 30 cents and laughed in my face. I've come to this location before and didn't have a good experience either. This was my last straw supporting this location. Read moreI ordered via the mobile app for inside pickup - I was given my bagel but then after trying to get someone's attention for over 5 minutes to get the rest of my order, I was simply told I must've input the wrong address. I showed my receipt that had the correct address, at which point they started to make the rest of my order. My steeped tea was made and placed on a counter in the back. I then said "is that my tea?", to which two employees looked at each other, confused, then said yes. I then had to ask for someone to hand it to me. In all, I spent at least 15 minutes inside this store. I complained to Tim Hortons customer service and requested a refund, who told me they sent my comments to the franchise owner. After multiple follow-ups to Tim's, they gave me the owner's contact information to write to him myself. I received a "I have no idea what you're talking about" in response. I then explained the situation, again, and he stopped responding. After weekly follow-ups for months, he emailed back saying the store would mail a gift card. Still nothing. Read moreThere is no menu, screen keeps changing and couldn't see price for just sandwiches and donuts. Haven't been to Tim Hortons in awhile but needed a coffee badly. Asked 2 staff members if there was a menu I could look at and both looked at me like I was an alien then just looked at the sign. The first one snickered and walked away, the one that served me I asked three times with no response except for eventually yeah up there. Then about to give up but....coffee... so asked how much for farmers wrap with bacon just the wrap, she said $5 something. At this point I just want to get food and coffee and bail, just felt so insignificant, just want to see a menu, with prices of everything not just meals. So decided I would try one of each sausage and bacon. I asked for farmers sausage meal and farmers bacon just the sandwich. I hope a manager plays back the tape.
