I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tim Hortons, thanks to Geri at store #101386, located at 9850 34th Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6L1. I visited on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 10:30 AM, and from the moment I interacted with Geri, I knew this wasn’t just an ordinary experience – it was extraordinary!

The way Geri took my order was incredible. She was polite, humble, and professional, making me feel like I was receiving 56-star hotel service! She greeted me warmly, listened attentively, and ensured every detail of my order was spot-on. Her genuine care and hospitality went far beyond what I expected from a coffee run. It truly felt like she wanted me to have the best experience possible.

Not only did Geri handle everything with grace and efficiency, but she also made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. This is the kind of outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

Warning: Please do not go to this location. We waisted 45 min and didn't even get our order.This Tim Horton's service was some of the worst I have ever seen.

After our drive-through order of 3 hashbrowns, 2 wedges and a salad we were told to wait in a parking spot. We waited for 20 min and then an employee came out to notify us that our order had been give to another customer who had driven away. As a result there were no more hashbrowns available, as they had run out at that location. It was hard to believe that the staff member wouldn't check before giving a meal to someone.

I went inside to get a refund for the hashbrowns. I was shocked to see the chaos that was occurring behind the counter. Other people's orders were being handed out wrong, staff running into each other it appeared staff seemed out of their depth.

After another 15 min of waiting one of the other staff asked if I could be helped and I told her I was waiting for my order and refund. It appeared they had forgotten about my order altogether. They frantically started making our salad and then came to me saying I would have to wait another 8-10 min for wedges to be made. At this point I had had enough and just wanted to get out of there. I said give me the salad and just refund the wedges.

Early this morning (August 10) at around 2 in the morning my friend and I went to use the drive thru at this location. Never having a problem at this location or any other Tim Hortons when it came to ordering at the drive thru. Last night was no different, we rolled up and placed our order for a couple of drinks and a couple donuts . We were ignored once we got to the window to pay the 2 employees inside were busy we assumed putting our order together. After about ten mins my friend tapped on the window to see what was taking so long. The woman who came to the window told us that they wouldn't serve us , they were getting the order ready for the car behind us. As if it wasn't bad enough getting refused service they didn't need to make us wait for absolutely no reason for 10 minutes. Now I'm not sure of the logic behind this employees actions but I should mention that we were on bicycles but as I mentioned before that's never been a problem at any Tim's location ever so what was the issue this morning, I have no idea. I do know that I won't be going to Tim Hortons any more due to their lousy rude and highly discriminatory treatment . I urge other cyclists to...
