I've been here a total of 2 times. The first time i ordered a cold cut on Italian herb and cheese bread. Sorry we have no cold cut meats and no italian herb and cheese bread. Ok.. Strange for 6pm on a Friday... I pick from the 2 types of bread they do actually have and order something different. Whatever, life goes on.
Went back today and drove around the front of the store to get to the drivethru and noticed no customers were in the store. Great I thought, I'll be in and out of here in no time. I place my order - everything in stock! Perfect. Then proceeded to sit at the drive thru window for 16 mins and nobody even came to the window. 16 mins for a 6 inch meatball sub with 3 ingredients on it...... I just drove away. Won't be back either. Hire some better staff or do something. You're losing buisness.
Edit : Wow I really should have read the other reviews before coming here. Pathetic service and lots of reviews detailing literally theft from customers by adding tips to their order without their knowledge! That's awesome. I'll go somewhere else so I don't just get robbed of my literal time and money....

One only dealing with drive-thru orders, taking the order and bringing a slip to the one girl who is making the subs. The lady making the subs stops making in-store customer subs and starts on drive-thru, ignoring the growing lunchtime line up. The drive-thru lady does nothing at this point. The 3rd worker starts to help on the line and is clearly still learning and has no guidance from the others. They completely ignore my daughter and go back to make her sub while I wait to pay for my order. The drive-thru lady then grabs my bag of food and proceeds to take it to the drive-thru. All in all, this place is a disaster and needs someone who can manage all the things. These ladies clearly needed some help and guidance. Or just close your drive-thru! I ordered a Supremo sub and asked her to make it as its advertised and I got home and it was missing half the ingredients, even tho she said them out loud when I asked!...
