Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Elmsdale

So we had an issue with our last order from here - no big deal, people make mistakes. We called about it to see if we could get a replacement for the item with the issue. The lady on the phone was super nice and apologetic, and put our name down for the item as well as a free dessert for the inconvenience. Flash forward to today, my partner calls to order the item and free dessert. The woman on the phone today is a different woman - she looks up the name and finds the items. However, she then says “Well I can’t give you a free dessert just for an inconvenience.” My partner was a bit taken aback, so thinks it might just not be written there, so he asks if it is. The woman then says yes it is. So she ends up giving us the free dessert but then goes “I’ll do it this time but I won’t if it happens again.” ??? So my partner goes to pick up the order and all seems fine. But as he’s walking out the door and says to the woman “Thanks, have a good night,” the response he gets from her is “Thanks for the inconvenience” in the rudest tone. We’re just both taken aback at the rudeness and gall of the woman working there tonight, especially on Thanksgiving weekend. We’ve had issues with other orders before but like I said before, people make mistakes and no big deal. Everyone has always been nice there and so we continue to order from there again and again. However, I can’t see us ordering from there anymore after this super rude service and for no apparent reason - my partner just called to order what the other lady put down in the book for us to make up for our last order. I called to place an order and was asked to hold. After 5 minutes, I drove there while still on hold. I was on hold for 12 minutes before I got there. There was a woman helping out the one man that seemed to be working there that offered to seat us but we just wanted a take out order. More calls came in and this poor man was running around very busy. The woman answered the phone and put the person on hold. He was doing the best he could. After a while he went to the phone but the person must have hung up. I got my food and left. I give a 5 star because the food was delicious they were very friendly and worked hard. Much...

There was one poor girl running the whole floor her self on a Sunday at lunch time (Feb 18). Management should be ashamed of themselves for scheduling her by herself to run phones and floor. There wasn’t a table empty and a line of people waiting for a seat. I can’t believe how amazing her service was given the situation. She was friendly, kind but very clearly overran. Kodos to the kitchen as well my pizza was fantastic.
