I don’t even know where to begin- but this Tim Hortons as do many of them, has serious issues. First YOU should NOT be taking that many orders through a drive thru- if the staff nor facility can handle it. That’s just greed and poor service. I waited 20 minutes to get my order in. Then when I got it in, I waited another 15 or more at the window. The entire order on the screen was correct. When I got to the window I had to wait and I heard the girl yell no more scrambled eggs. I had been waiting 15 minutes by this point. My order came to $15.09. I ordered scrambled egg maple butter wrap. And a scrambled egg bacon loaded box no chipotle. I got a loaded box with sausage. This continues to happen at Tim Hortons! They need to alter their wording and menu items because obviously staff is not familiar with the difference between sausage and bacon. Or the menu items are too similar in name. Then I received a wrap with sausage and chipotle. I told them I had asked for a wrap with maple butter bacon. By this point they’d run out of eggs. And I was getting frustrated. The only reason you are that busy is because you are taking order after order after order without fully processing an order making it and delivering it. That’s poor service!
A few people came over. I was then delivered my food no napkins. Had to ask for them. They were determined to correct their mistake and yet I’d had my car running over 45 minutes now, food was of poor quality and I just wanted to leave and get on the highway! BUT I was starving. I asked them one staff decided to substitute the scrambled eggs with whole egg. She told me breakfast finishes at 11. I told her I’d Ben there since for 40 minutes at least waiting. When I did get the muffins, extra bacon and egg- It was so gross I couldn’t eat it - as was the loaded box. They gave 3 hashbrowns, scares sausage which was supposed to be bacon, then threw two pieces of bacon on top and what the hell? and I still paid $8.99? For an English muffin and coffee? And a cookie? That meal is supposed to be cheaper but by this point I wasn’t arguing it. But I couldn’t eat the food, and I was starving! Driving my way 17 hours- the bacon was almost raw, egg was so runny and undercooked. And it was just made too quick- as if making my food fast is what is going to satisfy me. No. Food has to be made also with care. Im not ordering for the sake of ordering- I’m ordering to EAT! I’m not asking you to whip out a 40 second egg. I’m asking for food to fill my belly and for nourishment.
I was sick. The cashier took responsibility. But they kept telling me I had two wraps. I did not. I also didn’t get a refund on anything nor even a Tim Hortons card. I also got horrible last end of container - food, and how dare you take peoples hard earned money- and give them this for quality of service and food. You have to be one greedy owner to allow that many cars to line up- take their order than not know who the hell ordered what and mess the orders up. THEN run out of what people ordered while they’re waiting for their order in line!
I was sick from the food and am tempted to file a formal complaint with public health. Not hygienic at that point. Giving food out that’s barely cooked because you take too many orders. I will file a complaint with public health actually. This place Needs some quality control. Either learn to manage your quantity and quality and stop over- taking orders, or suffer the consequences of people getting sick. And perhaps being shut down for a bit....
Read more‘NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES’: Usually I don’t eat from the places that have non-vegetarian food as well such as Tim Hortons but today I made an exception and this incident is one of the reasons why: This is the first time I came to this place. Worst experience I ever had at any Tim Hortons today on afternoon of 2nd June. I ordered an Oreo Mocha iced Capp, potato wedges and garlic bread after asking from the two guys if it is eggless. I was told by the cashier that it’s eggless but he still asked another tall guy standing besides him and he also confirmed that yes it is, only then I placed the order. After that, I ate and checked just by chance in Tim Hortons app if it the other things are vegetarian (eggless) as well and to my surprise, it said garlic bread may contain eggs. One of the guys name was most likely Liam but not fully sure. Then after I had already eaten that, I came inside and talked to the same guys about what just happened and they were like we don’t put any eggs in it and talk guy said that I can talk with their baker and left from the county maybe to call the baker who never came out. At one point they were laughing as well not sure if the laugh was on me or something else. When that guy came back he just started taking another order without giving me any update if someone is coming to speak to me or not. I waited couple of minutes and when nobody came out I told the tall guy that I’m leaving. Then he was like ‘okay bye, have a nice one’. Means seriously, I was not treated as I was expected to be. I hope I don’t have any allergic reaction from the garlic bread. I even asked the person to change gloves while making potato wedges and I left to use the restroom. Now I wonder even if they did that or not. First and last visit...
Read moreI have lived 5 mins down the road for the last 4 yrs. And I gave this place a fair shot. When I first started living here I went on multiple occasions and it wasn't bad. But this tims has gotten to be the worst one I have ever been to. I have never ordered anything more than my coffee and MAYBE a muffin. The drive thru is always at least a 20 min wait, and going in, you could be the third person in line and still wait 15 mins before you talk to someone, then another 10 for your coffee even though there's 10 people behind the counter. My favorite example is watching 8 staff on a Saturday morning "working". Between the 4 huddled up gossiping and ignoring the lineup in front of them, and the 4 others moving like glaciers, the amount of work actually being accomplished is the equivalent of 3 motivated people with actual work ethic. A good example of the steller service is one time going through the drive thru and the lady knocks over the ice coffee I ordered, says "oops" and then picks it up and hands it to me, while a 1/3rd of it is spilled out and dripping off of the cup. My average time to get in and get out, is 25 mins. It's actually faster for me to drive 15kms and grab from another Tim's than it is for me to go here now. Either the franchise owner doesn't care if he makes money, doesn't care if his customers are satisfied, or is oblivious how to...
