Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Esquimalt

Downgraded to 1 star. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas last night, artichoke and a veggie pepperoni, both were tasteless.😕 Didn't seem to have any seasoning and very skimpy on the toppings, including cheese. Crust was chewy and too thick around the outside for a thin crust.

For $50, expected better. If I have to add toppings and cheese to make a pizza edible, may as well stick to store bought ones at less than half the price. Not impressed.😕

Have had a few orders from this location, since moving recently. Only one that wasn't perfect( crust very thick around the edge and I hate thick crust). Otherwise, all very good.

With the less than satisfactory order, their call center apologized and willingly offered to "make it right" which was appreciated .😀 Taking ownership for mistakes seems to be a dying art, happily not the case with Panago.

Brought us a free Cheesy Bread with our last order. both pizzas were perfect, nice thin crust and generously topped. Love the organic tomato sauce. No complaints.

Delivery drivers are consistently...

Pizza was ok but the ordering process was a bit of a nightmare. Live less than a kilometre from the nearest Panago location but it's late and we're tired so we opted for delivery. Kid who answered couldn't figure out which location was closest in spite of having our address. Kept saying we were in the next town over even though there is no street with the name we gave over there. Then would forget what we ordered and would ask again. I mean come on. It's one pizza! You're sitting in front of a computer you can type this information into! It can't be that hard! In the end we were so frustrated we cancelled delivery and just picked it up. Took less time than trying to explain our order to a dimwit employee.

Icing on the cake: I asked the guy at the till how I would go about lodging a complaint about the ordering experience and his exact words were, " I don't know, I've never ordered from Panago," then turned his back on me and walked away. First and last time ordering from Panago. The pizza wasn't good enough to cancel out...

It's amazing how you can gather so many unprofessional people in one place... These people don't know how to value or manage their time, and as a result, they don't value other people's time... And it's so sad. It's understandable that it was a holiday, but you should have been prepared for this, damn it! The staff was running around in circles, one minute they were standing at the checkout, the next they were already rolling out pizzas 🥵🥵🥵People can't tell the time, five different people asked me about my order, and it was all in vain!!! First it was 20 minutes, 60 minutes later they told me my order was at the end of the line! I never got it, and at the end they just gave me a heartfelt "Sorry"! My mood is ruined, my holiday is ruined, you're disgusting, and people need to...
