I have been 100% loyal to Jesse's over the years. Every lunch. Every event. Every time I could because I like to support Fall River businesses above others. Even when the pizza wasn't the best. Its called goodwill. But this week I watched the older man who is the owner patrolling his drive way in the morning hours(9am) before he opened at 11am. I dont park there out of respect. Its his parking lot and if he doesnt want people in it that's fine. I am healthy I can walk a bit further. Even tho I think there is no reason to enforce the lot being NOT used when he isn't even open and it doesnt disrupt his customers during operating hours BUT this morning I watched as a young pregnant Mom with her child tried to park there because the Good Day Cafe parking was full. AND despite Jesse's being closed for hours still and despite every single parking spot being empty he still told her to leave. She had to goto Sobeys parking lot and walk a distance with her child.This is NOT goodwill. Its the opposite. I am sure when its late amd peak business hours for pizza and his parking lot is full, that sometimes people park at the Good Day Cafe parking because its closed and there is spts available. Yes he owns the building however he does not own the Jessys Pizza. I have had countless talks with him to please stop bothering people trying to park their vehicles, to us the parking spaces are not that important. There’s plenty of room for people to come and go safely. We also apologize for people possibly feeling uncomfortable at all for even entering our parking lot, that should never be the case. Read moreI’ve usually had OK experiences at Jessy’s in Fall River, however this evening was likely my last time ordering from there. I ordered online with “pay at counter” option. When I got there I was informed that the menu online wasn’t updated and that I would be charged the new prices. This resulted in the order being almost 10% higher than the total if I had paid online. When the owner was informed by his staff of the error, he simply said “Charge him”. This should have been corrected to reflect the amount on the online order.
I also got home to find out that one of the items I ordered, a grilled chicken burger, was actually a deep fried chicken...
