McDonald's — Restaurant in Fall River

The absolute WORST service at any McDonald's ever. One employee, engaged in a conversation with another, looked at me as I approached the cash inside and continued his conversation with the other. Over a minute goes by and I tapped on the plexiglass divider so that he will turn and acknowledge me and ask if they are serving anyone. He tried to say that it was the girl on drive through who was super busy with her job that would take my order. Seeing that was not a viable option, he then asks the girl he was speaking to to take my order. The person he was taking to walks to to cash, without apology, say "yes?" Annoyed with my interruption. I gave her my order. I said that she had no right to be annoyed with me to which she replied that they were talking!!!!!!! they are being paid to talk to me! When I pointed out her poor attitude, she said, "that is how I believe I always am." I told her, "good luck!" If you don't want to work, do everyone the courtesy to stay home and make way for others that know how to be civil and how to...

I’ve been living in fall river for years and have never seen the lack of customer service and food quality and this fall river location. Food sat in an open bag for nearly 5 min before an attendant ( new Canadian) finally looked into the bag and seen that it was full and then handed it to me. I told him it was unacceptable for food to just be sitting and no given to me, and then when opening the bag to check the contents, there was no napkins, not a condiment, the fries were room temp, and lastly the nuggets were hot and fresh. After complaining about napkins with an elevated voice, the attendant tells me to relax cause the food is still hot and if I raise my voice again then I wouldn’t be getting any napkins. At this point the manager came and only said that she would talk to her employee. There was no apologies or any real care for the lack of responsibility a restaurant...

July 2021 visit. If you go there really early in the morning there is just 1 guy working. After serving me and making my beverage I looked in and saw him making my egg mcmuffin with his bare hands. Bun, cheese, and ham. McDonalds should make employees wear gloves when making food. It grossed me out because I don't know if he washed his hands first after touching several dirty things so I never ate the food and threw it out. Won't go back especially in the morning. When they handle your buns and everything else they touch they are leaving finger prints or germs on your food. Doesn't matter how much they wash their hands (if they do at all) the prints and germs will be there. You might as well be licking their fingers! COME ON MCDONALDS.. LEARN FROM TIMS AND SUBWAY AND MAKE FOOD...
