Consistent great service my whole week in town. I ate here all week with some fundraising gift cards I had. Both Bailee and Anna in the sports bar were amazing! Bailee specifically was my guardian angel taking care of me when I had digital city cards. The food was in general good. Not all home-runs but overall good. There was a special that had 3 mini 6” pizzas I had the first night which was great as could try different pizzas - that was gone after the second night. I hope it comes back. Chicken tenders you can’t go wrong - buffalo ranch sauce is a good choice. Beers on tap are great and seems like lines are clean and all at the right temperature. They have a pool table and big buck hunter - regrettably I didn’t play either but will definitely put on my list. Buck hunter isn’t the 20 year old version - looks much more up to date than the last time I played! Note on the gift cards situation-you cannot tip from the gift card. Not normal from allot of other places I use gifts cards at - so if that’s the case respect the service and tip otherwise. Cash or ask them to charge most of the bill to the gift card so there is a balance you can pay with card to tip (if you think it’s deserved). It is connected to the best western so super easy to get to if you are staying at the hotel.

Confused by this location for the most part. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here - They were super friendly and great to deal with. On the other hand, it would have been awesome if there was more of them. Half the restaurant was closed when I visited from a staff shortage it seemed, leaving only the main restaurant room available for customers. That said, the food and drinks were good and the usual BP quality. The location convenience wise is fantastic as a visitor staying in the attached hotel. I just can't help but almost feel "bad" eating-in here in a sense that the few staff on shift seemed to be running around and overworked even with the limited tables occupied anyway. I'd absolutely come here again, but hope the staff are supported properly by management.

We were working late at site but we are able to come in for last call around 9:30 PM. We order food and drinks came out reasonable time. The food flavour and taste were on point well seasoned and clean and very good flavour awesome in the kitchen. They were able to staggered the food from appetizer to Main to dessert reminder they were close at 10 and we’re still eating at 10:30. The service was on point very good spectacular. One of the best Boston pizza I’ve been to based on service and flavour of the food. This Boston pizza at the bar area was able to accommodate us after closing at 10 pm and we left around 11 pm and they were still happy to serve us I am very happy with the service will be coming back thank you.

I visit this restaurant all the time with my family after swimming. Last time was disappointing but this time took the cake. We came in to no one at the front, and a sign saying wait to be seated: after 15 minutes and 4 cranky kids aswell as 4 hungry adults. We finally went looking and went and put tables together and seated our selves and found a high chair and waited longer as we watched the waitress go to the only 2 tables and ignore us for another 5 minutes before finally asking us if we had menus. And asked us our drinks. We all gave our drinks I asked for coffee when the drinks came back I had to ask for white sugar which never came till I had to once again go looking for someone letting them know that my coffee is now cold and that I still don't have sugar. My daughter also ordered a virgin Ceasar with no spice and it was spicy. So sent it back and the next was even worse so bad that she chocked on it and because she was breast feeding baby got a very upset tummy!!!. The kids burgers came we had to ask for ketchup which once again took a long time to get. When we ordered our food me and my son in law ordered pasta with extra shrimp when we got our order both had 5 pieces of shrimp I asked if that included extra shrimp the waitress said yes so I asked her to explain to me or ask the chef to explain to me ,how 5 pieces of shrimp can be a normal order and an extra order aswell in a whole order of pasta?? She stated that she does not know how the portiins work in the kitchen so i asked her to please ask the kitchen to let me know how it works and she ignored my request and never mentioned it again. So I ordered a side of shrimp and it was a whole bowl of shrimp ...make it make sense????make it make sense???also my daughter ordered chicken ceaser salad with extra garlic toast and she got none. When she asked about it she was told that it does not come with garlic toast. Altho she goes to her local BP and has always gotten it once again make it make sense??not once we're we asked if we enjoyed our meal. Not once we're we asked if we needed refills on our drinks even after I had told the waitress my coffee was cold even before I got the sugar I had requested several times and had to go looking for someone to get some sugar. nore were we asked if we would like anything else or desert considering we had several children at the table.we were not loud or obnoxious, had our kids running around the restaurant, nore left a mess, rude, and even still left a tip that was not even earned or deserved in any given way.I feel like BPs is starting to become a terrible place to take my family!!! And is not giving full respectable meals to people anymore considering we spend $200 to $300 each time we come and that isquite often for our family!. So very disappointed with the level of service all around with this restaurant aswell as the company!!!! You ruined a family vacation with all my grandkids that traveled a long way once again very disappointed...

So my friend and I have been going to Boston Pizza in Fernie BC for about 12 years now. My friend always orders a slushy lime margarita. ALWAYS orders a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA. It's the only place in Fernie that makes a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA this is why we go to BP. Tonight June 17, 2025, we went out for supper to Boston Pizza and my friend as always orders a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA. We are chatting looking at the menu, deciding what to eat & the waitress brings my friend a slushy STRAWBERRY margarita. So I say oh she had ordered a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA what is this? I wasnt rude or anything, Waitress said hmmm that what was ordered was a slushy margarita, we both say but she ordered a lime slushy one. Waitress looks a little confused, again she points to the menu, my friend showed her on the drink menu and said I did order the lime one. So the waitress takes the drink back to the bar... and comes back with a plain lime margarita not slushy one, and proceeds to show us the drink menu almost arguing with us. This is what you ordered, we said nothing after this & my friend tried her best to drink but it did not taste very good at all 12 years going to BP in Fernie BC, 12 years of ordering and receiving a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA, but for some strange reason tonight that all changed. So goodbye Boston Pizza after 12 years of coming here and as of tonight they unabke to make a SLUSHY LIME MARGARITA. So very...

Stopped at the Fernie BP to change things up from our usual McDs or Wendy's fare. It's been years since we have gone there. We drive through Fernie at least monthly on route to our cabin.

It was around noon on a Saturday and there was literally only one other table. Server was friendly and quick but was just OK (we had to request water refills). Noticed the 60 year anniversary menu selection.

Like everywhere, prices are way up. A small pepperoni pizza was over $20, a bowl of soup was over $10 (although we only ordered a cup). I wanted the Boston Brute but saw it was over $20 now (use to be like $15?). Settled on the Jambalaya fettuccine $23. It was a healthy portion but way too much sauce and only about 4 or 5 shrimp. The chicken breast was processed and the consistency was more like a cross between cheese and tofu.

The restaurant itself looked a bit run down. We sat in a booth and the vinyl seat was all torn up. Also no paper towels in the washroom and the urinal was dirty (it just opened for the day).

I'm not sure the place would still be open if not for the Best Western Hotel with a captive audience adjacent to it.

I respect Jim Treliving as a businessman but he should really do an undercover boss tour of these restaurants. Definitely will be years again before I go back...
