Staying in town for the night, got hungry and was persuaded by some comments here “best pizza ever.”

However, my overall experience was different. Some areas the business could improve on include: Customer service: the person over the phone appeared “rushed” to me. This is not the way it happened but it appeared as if I were just finishing my sentence when the person on the other side of the line would say “anything else?” Perhaps give the customer a bit more room to think/finish their sentences? And provide customers with their total($)? Price: ordered 10 wings, small pizza + 1 addtl toping, Pepsi, delivery = $33. I found this a bit on the steeper side but perhaps it is ?competitive for the area. Not sure what/if anything can be done about this but this leads me to the overall value of my purchase. Value: my delivery included no cutlery, although you may say “no one eats pizza/wings with a fork/knife,” but some do. No napkins. No dressing for the wings (not sure if one is supposed to request it and ?pay extra).

Recently I made a phone order for a veggie Taco pizza which I have order from Fernie Pizza Pasta multiple times. I also got this pizza delivered. When it was delivered I paid the guy and tipped him and went back upstairs to eat it. When I opened the box and took my first bite I realised that there was beef on it and I am vegetarian, so I called Pizza Pasta to get them to deliver me a veggie Taco pizza again, and the lady on the other end of the phone was telling me that it was my mistake for not ordering a veggie pizza and that the veggie taco pizza isn’t on the menu. However, they still delivered me a veggie taco pizza the second time even though she had just finished telling me they don’t make a veggie taco pizza! I have ordered the veggie taco pizza a good 6 times now. Once the guy came back with the correct pizza he demanded the beef taco pizza back and told me multiple times to read the menu! This is the first time I have had a bad experience with them and I thought that because they were at fault in getting my order wrong that they would acknowledge it however, they were very quick to blame the customer and I didn’t get an apology once. I get sent out to fernie occasionally for work and I'm dead tired and wicked hungry at the end of the day and in a hotel. I typically order in when I'm here, I've tried out a few places here that deliver and fernie pizza and pasta has had the best service by far. Food shows up piping hot faster than quoted and it's really tasty. I decided to write a review tonight because they went above and beyond with service today. I didn't get a chance to eat today so when I got back to the hotel I ordered enough food to feed a small family. Food arrived promptly as usual and I dug in. Part way through my feast my brain turned back on and I realized that I forgot to ask for my receipt so that I can expense the meal to my boss. I called and asked if they could email it to me or set it aside so I could pick it up when I have a chance. They delivered it to my hotel room about an hour later! Outstanding service and great food!
