Stopped in here with my wife and toddler son, who was a bit out of sorts at the beginning. Thankfully the owners were very nice and accommodating and we sat out on the patio. The place is smaller but with good ambiance, most importantly the pizza was great. We ordered a large Mykonos (greek) pizza, and they even offered to do a quarter of it in plain cheese for our son. Some places will do half and half but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place offer to customize just a quarter of one before, so that was a very nice touch as it was just right for him. Called 1.5 hours ahead of their closing time and was sent to voice mail so decided to drive down and place an order. Went in and was told they were not taking any more orders. Really odd. A woman who was very polite let us choose our table and told us we would get menus shortly, only to be greeted by a man telling us that they don’t allow bathing suits in the restaurant. Strange policy to have in a beach town, where your restaurant is facing the beach. Thats okay. We noticed the place next door with the sign “no shoes, no shirt, no problem.” Wish Mabel’s had that attitude. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here for their expensive food and...
