What a waste of time, money, and energy. This burrito place has several issues. First, the accessible door button does not open the door. If you have a disability, you’re not getting inside on your own.
I am leaving one star because I am forced to in order to share my review.
I ordered a bean burrito and when I opened it at home it was missing a couple of the condiments that I asked for. I connected with the cashier over the phone and was told to simply come into the store, and I would receive a 2 ounce cup of the missing condiments. There was a language barrier however, we understood each other clearly as to what the issue was. When I get to the store, I am questioned on my order, as if I’m in a police question room for a crime. The cashier insists that they never make errors and they need a copy of the receipt. The cashier was looking through orders on the computer screen and doing a full on investigation. So strange to be treated this way. I was treated quite poorly and I found it quite offensive. To question someone over a condiment, is very funny to me. Especially with the strange questions I was being asked. I did not commit a crime. I simply ordered a burrito and it was missing the condiment that I asked for. Then told to simply “come in” and it would be waiting for me. I could not hold the conversation any longer with the cashier as my frustration began to grew. I politely left the establishment with the knowledge, that I will never, ever, return. I think this restaurant/fast food restaurant can do much better. I rarely review. And when I do, it is only because it’s that bad. Also, the burrito was tasteless. It lacked any flavor, obviously because it was missing my condiment. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Do better staff and get the door fixed. In a small community like this, word travels fast. Questioning a customer like this, won’t fly well in...
Read morevery bad experience here 12/28/24 around 8:30pm. ordered a burrito, had to go back in to order chips and queso because i forgot. after paying for the chips and queso the employee realized there was not enough left so he put the very last bit in a container, took it to the back room and presumably filled the rest of the container with water, as when i got to the car to look at it it was very clealry complete liquid. went back inside to ask for a refund, because it was inedible and i wasn’t going to waste $6. the employee told me he couldn’t give me a refund because it was too hard, and offered to make me an order of churros instead. just one. one order doesn’t cost $6, i wanted a refund. after making the churros, he did not even put cinnamon sugar on them, so they are bland, and my burrito is cold. very disappointed with the lack...
Read moreI've only been here once since it just opened a few days ago. I got a tofu burrito and my husband got a spicy chicken/grilled chicken burrito. He was happy he got half and half because the spicy chicken was very spicy which the person warned us about. I really enjoyed my tofu burrito and I am very happy they have pescatarian options. The restaurant was clean and service was quick despite how busy they were opening weekend. The alarms were a little loud and annoying though, but I'm sure they will adjust those at some point. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have regular burrito sauce but the sauce I did get was good, just spicy which she warned me about. We were both happy with our burritos (very flavourful) and will...
