McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Frances

In Fort francos for work. We stop here for coffee in the morning, and used the drive thru. 3 times now we've pulled up, waited, said goodmorning, not got a reply, then another vehicle pulls up in the other lane ans they get served before us. When we ask at the window they say theyre not sure why. We tried both lanes. We waited 12 min with 2 cars infront of us. I dont feel that is atall acceptable as were on our way to work and 6 min per car ahead of us is a lil bit slow. Perhaps parking cars for food orders when you know you have just coffee orders in line would have gotten 5 stars. Staff shortage or unmotivated employees im not sure, but its better than the Tim Hortons in fort francos so we dont have another option. Don't wven get me started on the Tim Hortons.. 21 min in the lobby for 3 coffees and 2...

Pretty much a standard McDonald's except for the lady behind the counter who was very knowledgeable with her job and was very patient with my ordering which I appreciated. Some McDonalds I go to have young people behind the desk who just want you to go away so that they can go back to talking with their co-worker. It was refreshing to see some proffesionalism.

Also thank you for actually filling my fry container, ALOT of McDonalds only fill the container 3/4 full on a large. Considering how much potatoes cost it really makes those establishments look cheap and penny pinching.

If the buisness operator is reading this it was your night crew that deserves the pat on the back.

Went to go get lunch with my boyfriend at this McDonalds and I was completely disappointed with the service. I worked at a McDonalds not too long ago and if we served the way this restaurant did, it would be completely unacceptable. It took very long for them to get our food and once it was on the tray, they placed it in front of the counter while we watched it get cold. I also ordered a coffee which took about 10 minutes for them to actually bring to our table. Not only was the service unacceptable but one of the crew members was cleaning the lobby and sprayed us with table cleaner. I kind of just wish they would make their store more organized. It also seems as if the crew members aren't treated well...
