Famous Wok — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

I dined in with my daughter on Saturday afternoon the 30th of August 2025 and I am totally lost for words! The rudeness of the two ladies on duty was just unbelievable! I thought we were treated poorly, until another customer came. This customer was pointing at what she wanted and just like what they did to us they were just dishing out what they wanted with no attention to the customer’s request. At the same time the other girl serving us a cashier to another customer is her colleague side looks and making faces and mean smiles. She finished dishing out the food and just bangs it on the tray, just us they did to us and we ignored. I told my daughter they have to be spoken to. I got up from eating and went to them when the other customer left with their food. I told them that look we all have our struggles and you don’t take it on people especially your customers. “If you are not in your best mood to work or if you don’t like your job is fine; you can either give yourself a break to reset or quit and let someone have the opportunity thanks. Returning to my table, my daughter said mum, see? they are laughing at you.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered fresh but received the WORST beef broccoli and chicken chow mein I have ever had. Dry, oily, flavourless, the beef was chewy and tough like dry beef jerky and the chicken tasted days old and disgusting. They made no attempt to tenderize the meat. Would not be surprised if this was pre-cooked meat that sat around for days. Also there was mostly cabbage, not broccoli....

Ordered Delivery to my house and the order was completely wrong. When I called to fix my order she argued with me that it was right.
