I have been ordering from this place all week through SkipTheDishes trying different meals and today I made the trip myself for pickup. Falafel wrap is delicious,my sister had the beef donair and said it was great. I tried the fish and chips and the fish is moist with a crisp and well seasoned coating and fries are also delicious and crispy. Calamari is fresh, seasoned and fried to perfection topped with chopped onions and served with that delicious tzatziki sauce on the side. The owner is the friendliest person I have met. Walked in and owner asked if I had been there before. I told him I hadn’t so he asked how hungry I was and we decided on a donair. I picked the middle size as I was “middle” hungry, and the portion was huge. While making it he told me it would be the best donair I’ve had. Well, I can honestly say, this is the best donair I’ve ever had in Canada, easily. He explained that he does the meat himself which makes all the difference. Ordered the Sparta platter, chicken rice soup and veg samosas and hummus. It was delicious only thing that was lemon potatoes had bread crumb and not the traditional lemon Greek potatoes cooked in oil, and wasn’t enough pita for for the huge portion so definitely order extra and the shrimp was battered and deep fried.
