Kozy Korner Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

We went there to try it since re-opening… we we got there we ordered tea to start… when they brought the mini pot to the table it was only half full of water.. asked more more water and again only half a pot… I am sure you are not going to get a big cost savings on your bottom line on cheaping out on water… we ordered the “big breakfast” which includes bacon, sausage and bologna and crispy hash browns… we waited 30 mins and the waitress then came out saying it is taking a little longer because we wanted the hash browns crispy…. 15 mins later (45 min wait time) they brought out a breakfast with just bacon… when I asked where was the rest of the meats they told me I had to choose what I wanted while the menu clearly said it includes it all… I did not order the regular breakfast to start with and was not going to wait another 45 mins for them to re-cook… will never...

I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. I would never come back again!!

Cheese on the nachos wasn’t even cooked, only got tomatoes and green peppers, asked for chicken on it, basically got a whole breast on top, added bacon, there was maybe 6 tiny pieces, the nachos were all broken, and there was only stuff on the very top, nothing through out it.

Burger patty itself tasted ok. Added bacon and cheese, got 1/2 a processed cheese slice, and one piece of bacon cut in 1/2, there was more relish on it than there was meat, actually had to scrape about 75% of it off, the fries were cold and the gravy was lump and cold too.

Paid over $40 and the only thing finished was the burger because we split it in 2 and shared it.

The building is dilapidated and falling...

Nasty Food, bad service and rotten owner.... Had a lasagna there, when it came it was a bright red sauce with beef dropped in.... almost like they opened a can of tomato sauce and added bland beef. Ate 2 bites and sent it back and didn't order anything else with my group of friends (they weren't too impressed with their food either) when I went to pay the tables bill my lasagna was still on it. I asked the owner who was the cashier to take it off the bill because I didn't eat it. He argued with me and said I had 4 bites and he would not take it off the bill.... by the end... needless to say I didn't pay for...
