Jomaa's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

First time ordering from Jomas as my regular go-to, PK's was so busy/popular they couldn't take our telephone order. I had the misfortune of deciding to try your lasagne and after sampling it have to say I was immensely disappointed. It may as well have been poured from a can of Chef Boyardee except that Chef Boyardee would have been better. Your lasagne was nothing more than pasta and flavourless tomato sauce with a few flecks of ground beef and a skimpy cheese topping. Not even a hint of onion, garlic or other spices. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even bring myself to keep it as leftovers. My friend commented that his donair was also less than expected.

Once a month I treat myself to pizzeria lasagne so am well acquainted with the quality of the various takeouts. I have never written a food review before but this sorry excuse of something masquerading as pasta prompted me to vent my opinion.

Sorry Joma but until you put more effort into the food you sell I'll definitely keep going somewhere else like Boston Pizza,...

Horrible service. Crap pizza.

On several occasions they have provided horrible service.

Once, I was standing in line to buy one of their lunch specials, by the time I got through the short line it had become 2:03 pm. They would not sell me the lunch special because it ends at 2:00 pm. I was in line before 2:00. I left.

Another time I went in and asked about their 10$ walk in special pepperoni pizza. I asked how much to add an item (the pizzas are not pre-made). She told me the pizza would be over 18$ to add 1 item. On their menu they offer 2 pizzas for around 19$. I told her i do not want 2 pizzas. She said no thats for 1 pizza. I pointed to the menu and said here it says 2. She said yes. I can get 1 pep pizza for 10? 1-3 item for 18$ or 2 x2 item pizzas for about the same price???

Not Italian Pizza... "Donair" pizza. They put pepperoni and toppings on the sauce, under the cheese. Gross

Absolutely the worst Jomas in town. I always ordered from downtown or beacon hill and it was spot on every time & the customer service was always great. TIMBERLEA jomas SUCKS. Everything is always just thrown together, super half a$$3d. Ordered a salad and got a cpl strands of lettuce & a piece of donair cheese. Complete trash. Ordered donair toast, hardly had any cheese on it and donair meat hanging off the side, burnt. I have nothing positive to say about this location. I figured the first cpl times i ordered from here and it was all just thrown together that it was just bad odds but now im seeing that this is just their standard quality. Youre better off...
