Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

My friend and I decided to grab a dinner for my family from this location, but, unfortunately, it resulted in a trip to the hospital. The door slammed shut on his finger, it was too much pain for him and he fainted.

The first thing we thought for first aid was to put ice cubes on his finger. I asked the staff for ice cubes and to my surprise the staff said they dont have ice, then turned away from me back to what he was doing, checking food orders. I'm sure they were aware that something happend to one of their customers, but they pretended they saw nothing. A nice lady, one of the customers waiting for her order, helped me putting my friend back to his conciousness, yet NONE of the staff came to check what was going on until the lady started being mad to the staff for showing a lack of concern about their customers. Another staff came when the ambulance had arrived, asking if my friend was ok or needs help? NO HE WASN'T OK, OF COURSE. I needed their help ,when my friend passed out on my arm, but they did nothing. I constantly go to Mary Browns because it’s Halal and many fast food places aren’t but on ever single occasion the manage ti mess up my order after taking forever to have it done I waited for over an hour for my order and I placed it an hour in advance they forgot to put spice and the took it back to add it on the order already given out !! We order from this restaurant all the time, and the staff and service are the absolute best!
