Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a restaurant. I spent 45 minutes trying to order a pizza using both the app and the company website with no luck. Both froze repeatedly... I would get all the way to what I thought would be the end of ordering my pizza and the app would crash and I would have to start all over again. I was trying to use their online ordering system as I got a huge flyer in the mail with deals that were only available if you ordered online. Funny that they're online system is unable to accept online orders. It makes sending out a flyer to try to generate business a waste of money that brings in no revenue for them. Two times I called to speak to a person about the difficulty that I was having and if you can believe it both times the customer service agents actually hung up on me. Like hung up on me! I'm blown away by the absolute disdain that this company has for their customers. I hope somebody from the corporate head office reads this....

Please get your app fixed. Please fix your website. Two times on two separate occasions two separate customer service agents hung up on me... I'm a reasonable person that had a reasonable concern and still wanted to give you money for a pizza and two times I was ignored to a degree that I've never encountered in customer service... I'll say it again two of your agents...

Wow, absolutely AWESOME pizza. Great service, clean facility. The owner is super nice we had a chat and I explained to him that I didnt like the taste of pizza 73, he told me this was totally different ingredients and the pizza was not like pizza 73 at all. After trying the pizza the first time me and my wife loved it so much we returned again and will be returning more. People are saying it's just like pizza 73 but I assure you it's not. It's still owned by the same people but the product is not the same. Give it a try and always get extra cheese on...

This isn't pizza pizza I'm from Toronto I know what the original taste like...this one in fortmcmurray taste just like pizza 73 I know you too company's are joint but the ingredients are the same .... pizza pizza crust is more thin and when u walk in the store it smells diffrent not like pizza 73 u guys can't fool me. I kno my pizza and what I ate there yesterday was pizza 73...
