Would give 0 if I could. I honestly don’t understand why this store could get any higher. Has to be family members of the workers doing the reviews.
I live very close and come here several times a day. I buy for my self and family members . Nine out of ten it’s incorrect. Large 1 cream comes full of cream and sugar. Response when returned … sorry sir. This week have returned 5 times so far. Did speak to the manager who said it wasn’t acceptable. Yet today it happens again today. I’m not the only ne returning. One day last week there was 3of us with incorrect orders.
Asked to speak to the manager … He’s not available,his name is not available, email address to report to head office not available. My son lives in another area of town. His Tim Hortons never mixes his order up. Come for a visit and stop at ours to bring coffee .. yup you guessed it. Had to return 2 on Friday. Go out to town to Edmonton .. never an issue.
Would love to have a conversation with someone higher up in Tim Hortons because this one needs a serious overhaul

Get to the window pay and drive away, i open up the bagel to find it looking like it’s been ran over or mushed into a ball and just stuff in the wrapper and handed to me. 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and you can’t even make it correctly? So I went back inside and asked to speak to who made the bagel, when the manager came over and telling me that’s how the bagels are because they are soft, they can’t cut the bagel without it crumpling, which was weird because after she ripped my bagel from my hands and fired it in the garbage I went to another Tim’s location and was served a bagel that was served to me just right. The lack of competence and customer service skills in this Tim’s location is horrendous. I have filed a formal complaint with head office also. Avoid this tim hortons. The staff don’t care about the customers that fund their lifestyle. Tim hortons needs to step in and save this location because the people running it...
Read moreNot from town, so only the second time here, but both times were similar.. drive thru is ridiculous, 2 Lane's, still backed up to the street, and slow moving; but I understand that's not the employees fault, the city just has a demand for more locations. When I paid for the order, I saw the one cup drinking with coffee, and the others lid was soaked.. the coffees were presented to me like this, and it only hot worse. When I SLOWLY left the parking lot, the coffee continued to drip, and soack the inside of my cupholders. I was forced to pull over and address the still, and line the cupholder with a shop towel... I don't want to have to clean up dried coffee from my cupholders when I pickup a coffee..
Ufortunetly this is the only drive thru Tim Hortons to my knowledge..so you don't have much a choice if you don't want to leave the car.
Employees need to be more aware of the seal of the lid.
The order was correct, and the coffee was good.
