Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

The last time I ate here I was floored when I ordered black beans for my taco, the guy charged me then counted out 5 beans each per taco. I didnt go back for a year and the other day decided to pop in. They are still horrible with their portions. I would say there was less than than a normal fork full of meat on each taco. I asked can you put more and he said no , I'd have to charge you. This isn't the servers fault its management. I'm including pictures because I think he counted the cheese strands. Honestly, waste your money here. *EDIT NOTES After being notified from google that the owners replied below, I emailed them like their response asks, and 2 weeks later still no one has replied. I believe they just do this to make head office think they are doing something when in fact, they are not. Avoid this place...

I go to this location once a week because of a lack of other options for the chain. I love mucho’s food but the customer service is terrible. They are understaffed so you have to wait for a long time, once called in a pick up order for 15 minutes and they took over 40. Today I went in and ordered a regular burrito with guac the man making it didn’t heat the tortilla up before making it, and gave me half scoops of everything even the guac I was paying extra for. When I called him out on it he gave me an attitude and tried arguing. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you have other options! Also very fitting that most other customers are complaining about portions...

I usually love Mucho Burrito, but this is the second time I've ordered a salad bowl from this place and it's had no lettuce. It's just a bowl of toppings! I put mixed greens as the base, and even put "extra mixed greens please" as a comment in the Skip order, and still there was maybe 5 pieces of mixed greens in the whole thing. A SALAD SHOULD BE MOSTLY LETTUCE. It's taking the place of the rice, there should be 1 to 2 cups of mixed greens in there. I don't have to specify this at other Mucho Burritos, it seems to only be the Fort Mac location that doesn't understand. Can you please train your staff how to...
